Katy Turs has written a raw open intimate look at her life. She writes frankly about her relationship with her fathers well know helicopter reporter in California who covered the news with her mother and was abusive to both Katie and her mom.Her Dad later in life transitioned and became a woman and still remains difficult and their relationship is distant at best.I really enjoy reading about her career as a journalist and then meeting and falling in love with Tony..Katy is a strong intelligent woman and I really enjoyed her first book and now this one. #netgalley#atriabooks

Loved Katy's first book, and this one is just as fascinating! I enjoyed her insight into her childhood and the tracking of her career.
