This is a good prayer devotional. I’m not personally a fan of the NLV (New Life Version)—which was used a lot in this book—but I do appreciate that all ‘H’s are capitalized when referring to God throughout the prayers in this devotional. It covers a wide variety of topics, but is fit for all teen girls while being all about praying and asking the Lord for help.

I read this with my teenage daughter and really enjoyed it. Great book to use as a daily devotional.

Great devotionals that I know my teenage girls will love. Looking forward to grabbing a bunch of these as gifts for my students!

"Quiet-Time Prayers for a Teen Girl's Heart" is a beautiful book of prayers and devotionals. While it is titled as being for teen girls, I think this book can be enjoyed no matter the age or gender. I really enjoyed the format of this book. Each page has a title, bible verse, and then a prayer. Each are short so you can read multiple at a time or use it as a daily devotional and do one per day. Reading through the scriptures and prayers really touched my heart. My mother passed away 2 months ago and I've really been struggling with my grief. Sitting quietly in God's word can really help you get your mind off things that are troubling you. No they will not ever go away completely but it's nice to have a few moments of peace while spending time with God. I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to read more of the Word and get the quiet peace that comes with prayer.
