I am a huge fan of Mike's. He really understands what an entrepreneur is going through. This book helps you refocus on getting your time back. It is a must read for any entrepreneur in any industry. The steps and techniques work!!!!

I listened to this on audible. many great tips and reminders for running and building a business. some of the ideas for designating work and having a dashboard so you know exactly what is going on in the business are brilliant. I love the can do style of this book

I am so thankful I learned about Clockwork, Revised and Expanded. I have been saying for quite a while that I need to become unnecessary in my business as I work way more than I want and don't have as much free time with my family as I'd like. And when I attend conferences or have to be away for a while, I have to log on early in the morning or late at night to review messages to see if there is anything I need to handle.

A few months ago I was interviewing someone on my podcast about being able to take a 4-week vacation and how reading the book Clockwork changed her from an entrepreneur to a shareholder in her business. She said her life changed, and I knew I needed to read this book. And then I saw an e-mail with the opportunity to read it in advance and give feedback. I took tons of notes, and I am excited about implementing the information in the book so I can be away on vacation and not worry about if the business needs me for something. I told my Operations Assistant that I am buying the book for her to start to read and we will then work together to plan out all the steps needed to allow everyone to take extended vacations.

I will also have my staff read the book so they understand what we are trying to do and why they are important to making my reality happen (and that we can plan for them to take 4-week vacations as well!)

I know once I have been able to make my business run like Clockwork that my life will change. I won't feel so overwhelmed with everything I have to do and the long hours I am working. I see the light at the end of the tunnel, and I can't wait for the day I'm unnecessary for my company to run effectively.

Thanks to Mike Michaelowicz and his desire to end entrepreneurial poverty prompting him to write resources for business owners (I'd already read and implemented Profit First, and I'm looking forward to the changes my business will have once we implement Clockwork).
