A charming story about love, ambition, and second chances, set in a gift-buying concierge service. The concept is adorable, and the character journeys are satisfying. Light, clever, and sweet without being too saccharine.

*With Love from Wish & Co.* by Minnie Darke is such a fun, feel-good read! It’s quirky, charming, and just the right mix of sweet and messy. The characters are lovable, the romance is cute, and it’s one of those books that’ll make you smile and keep you hooked. Perfect if you’re looking for something light, fun, and a little bit magical.

This was cute, but not super memorable overall!! The set up was such a good idea! The pacing was off a little bit but was still fun!

This is a sweet and unexpected romance. Marnie runs company that provides custom, bespoke gifts for her clients. Unfortunately, she’s in hot water after she mixes up the gifts for a client’s wife and his mistress. To make things even more complicated, she’s falling for the clients son. A fun and enjoyable read.
Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley, I received a complimentary copy of this book. Opinions expressed in this review are completely my own.

*With Love from Wish & Co.* by Minnie Darke is a charming, feel-good novel that explores the intersection of fate, love, and personal growth. The premise, revolving around a woman who tries to use astrology to guide the love lives of her customers, is unique and whimsical, offering a lighthearted escape.
The book is enjoyable, with a likable protagonist and an interesting supporting cast. Darke's writing style is warm and approachable, and the story’s gentle pacing makes for a relaxing read. The themes of destiny and taking chances are uplifting, and the romance, while sweet, doesn’t rush—allowing room for the characters to grow.
However, I found some parts of the plot a bit predictable, and at times, the romance felt more like a background element than a driving force. While the book has heart, I wanted a bit more depth in character development and emotional stakes. It’s a pleasant read, but it didn’t leave a lasting impression for me.
If you’re in the mood for a cozy, light novel that touches on fate and love, *With Love from Wish & Co.* fits the bill, but it might not stand out if you’re looking for something with more emotional depth or complexity.

This is a delightful story that I enjoyed reading very much!!!! It's a little risqué but still a delightful read!!!!!+

Delightful story about finding love when you least expect and where you least expect it. Marnie has only been focused on her job but when Luke Charlesworth enters her life, things get a little off focus.

I really enjoyed this book. It was just such a sweet one! I would definitely recommend this book. This is the first book I have read from this author and I will be looking for more!

Wish & Co is a boutique that sends and shops for rich clientele. When Brian stops in one day to buy one gift for his wife, and one gift for his lover, what could possibly go wrong? Yet a distracted Marnie, the store owner, switches the boxes and Brian is left trying to save his marriage and his love.

This one was cute, but also felt a little too long. I liked it, but didn’t love it. It’s light hearted and straight forward, but because of that it lacks depth. If you need a simple and quick read, this one is great. But if you want deep character development, this may not be for you.

This book was fun and light-hearted and just what I needed when I read it. I enjoyed the overall story even though there wasn't much depth of character going on.

Fun cozy read! Marnie is a gift buying expert and she mistakingly switches the gifts for her very big, very expensive client for his wife and his mistress. While Brian spends his time to fix this mistake Marnie is looking at an opportunity to open a storefront in a family owned building.

I loved this book! It's well-written, enjoyable, and a great read. The author did a great job of writing in a way that captures the readers attention, and makes you not want to put it down until you're finished! I would highly recommend it!

This story is based on a real building.
Marnie Fairchild runs the family business Wish & Company where she services high end clientele who don't want the task of gift buying. Marnie is a meticulous person who keeps superb records to help her clients keep track of their gift giving to avoid embarrassing duplicates. Her business is particularly kept afloat by one particular client, Brian Charlesworth who not only needs to keep track of his presents to wife, Suzanne, but also to his mistress, Leona. This is a light, romantic story with humorous moments when the ever perfect Marnie becomes distracted and accidently gets some gifts mixed up.
It's a story which makes you consider what a gift represents, is something a person needs or wants? Will it make the person happy? Can you really entrust this personal experience to someone else? It seems to lose it's precious value.
Thank you NetGalley and Random House Publishing for allowing me to read this book for review consideration. My honest review is my unbiased opinion.

Very predictable and a bit corny at moments this felt very hallmark movie. Low conflict and substance… I was not a fan

I loved the concept of this one SO MUCH!!
It had alll perfect "fixings" for a holiday themed novel!
I loved the interwoven themes of love, family, honestly and mistakes.
I really enjoyed the substance this book had and it was such a fun lighthearted feel good book!

This was a very interesting and easy to follow book, but so long winded. At least 50-60 pages could have been cut to make it more tight and streamlined. 3.5, rounded up to 4 stars.

With Love from Wish & Co was a quick, easy read. Unfortunately I feel that had more to do with the lack of character development. I didn't feel like I actually connected to the story, but overall, a nice, light pallet cleanser.

This story took me SO long to get into and then even once I did, it felt SO LONG. Marnie was likeable character with an interesting job. While I didn’t agree with her decisions at the beginning, I understood them. Brian and Suzanne’s story was redemptive. Luke was a great character, until the third act, when I just had to roll my eyes at him. This had good bones and characters I either wanted to punch in the face or that I really enjoyed. I think it was simply too long and it didn’t need to be. Take out about 100 pages, and this was probably a 4-star read.

I didn’t LOVE this one. I picked this up wanting a piece of Christmas whimsy, and was instead met with a lot of Christmas family baggage.
Overall, this missed the holiday vibe mark I was looking for.
