This is the first book I'd read by Caroline Roberts. I enjoyed the writing style - it's well written and light-hearted making for good escapist reading.

I loved the setting and the book really captures the festive season. The characters are likeable and the plot moves at a good pace. There was something about the plot that fell slightly flat for me - I think it needed a little bit more 'action.'

I did feel as if I was missing out on a backstory and I think some details of the plot needed to be explained further.

Overall, a good Christmas read.

Cute and cozy, pretty much what you would expect from this genre. A good read to get you into the Hallmark Christmas movie season.

Lovely feel good book to read. It was a joy to read. Lovely characters. Great plot. The book was charming. Very well written. I’d definitely recommend this book. Lovely winters location described that set the tone of the book to perfection. Perfect seasonal book to get you in the mood for the festive season.

Although this book was quite long I must say I read it quicker than I thought I would as I found it just adorable. The Christmas theme was what drew me in and then the story itself is so delightful and easy to read I just couldn't put it down.

Lucy is such a great character and someone I would love to meet if she was real! I love that she cooks up a storm and then there is Jack and his cocktails. There story of rivalry and romance makes me laugh and scowl all at once.

This is such a fun book to read but I need to get book one so I can see where it all started!

A great Christmas read full of fun, food, cocktails and romance.

An easy read book that leaves you thinking of Christmas, snow, fairy lights etc. What’s not to love about a Pizza Oven Horse Box and Ruby the Cocktail Camper van. Add a little dog in a Christmas jumper and a castle and stir in a touch of romance and what you have is a story to curl up and enjoy.

This was a sweet feel good read but I think I have to give it three stars because it’s just lacking that something that I can’t quite put my finger on to get to four.

I loved the story and the dual plot lines of both friendship and romance that go deeper but I didn’t love our MC’s slight lack of ooomph and found that one minute she had no money and the next she was buying local gifts and treats for every single character in the book which just didn’t ring true for me.

It’s sweet though and would make a happy addition to many shelves for the holiday season!

The storyline was a bit all over the place, and I kept feeling like I was missing backstory...not sure if this is part of a series or not, but if so, we either need to read it first, or the author should do more 'filling in' for folks who haven't read it. It's a cute, winding Christmas read with a side of drama.

I received an ARC of, Mistletoe and Mulled Wine at the Christmas Campervan, Caroline Roberts. I love books by Caroline Roberts, and this is a great Christmas read. Lucy and her man Jack are working at the Christmas Campervan, this holiday season. All is good until Lucy's ex shows up.

It was so good to read more about Lucy and her pizza business and Jack and his cocktail business in his campervan. It was worrying when Lucy's ex turned up. That really put the cat amongst the pigeons. I do love reading about the Northumberland area, I love Seahouses, and the markets. Jack's accident was quite a surprise and it was heartwarming seeing how Jack and Lucy handled things. Beautifully written, romantic and heartwarming.

I have loved all the campervan series and this is a good addition to it. I have always loved Caroline Roberts as an author and have always enjoyed her writing style. Loved the romance between Lucy and Jack. Enjoyed easing the different relationships that the story brings too. Who doesn’t love Pizza and Prosecco.

The Christmas Cocktail Campervan – bringing love, laughter and friendship from coast to coast . . .
The gorgeously romantic new novel in the ‘Cosy Campervan series’ – next stop: Christmas markets, mince pies and kisses under the mistletoe!

Christmas feels like a real gift for Lucy this year. Her cosy coastal cottage is starting to feel like home, her new pizza business is getting the locals ‘All Fired Up’, and she can’t wait to spend it with her new flame Jack, the charismatic owner of the Cocktail Campervan.

Winding along the snow-dusted Northumberland coast for a whirlwind of Christmas markets and celebrations, Lucy and Jack can’t resist stealing a few kisses under the mistletoe. But there’s a twist in their romantic tale when Lucy’s ex turns up in the village. As her past closes in, Jack becomes increasingly distant. And Lucy worries he’s holding back a few secrets of his own . . .

Will Christmas bring a cold spell for Lucy and Jack? Or could it really be the most wonderful time of the year?

I enjoyed this story although it left me on a few occasions feeling that the main storyline hadn't started yet. It is a tale of two friends Lucy who owns a horsebox pizza oven and Jack who has a camper van which is used to prepare and deliver cocktails at social events. They are both enjoying travelling to various venues for parties and Christmas fayres. I liked the fact that other like minded retailers were a happy, friendly group of people who enjoyed swapping their wares and stories along the way. Both Lucy and Jack were reluctant to commit to a relationship for their own reasons. It was an interesting romance and an easy read.

A nice follow up. I'd suggest the series in order. Often at the end of a romance the couple gets together and that's it. Here we get to see Lucy and Jack navigate their relationship. A nice read.
