He impressed me with his explanations and additional material you can download. This particular book is one I have in multiple formats (ebook, audio, and the wire bound guide). I will be referencing it multiple times throughout the year as I begin my Rental Property investing. If you have any interest at all in Rental Property Investing, you need this book.

I was looking for a book to learn more about getting a rental property. This is the perfect book! It is very thorough and a great resource to help me learn about rental properties. I also love the digital assets that you can download to accompany the book. I would highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to learning more about rental properties.

This is an easy to understand guide all about rental property investing. Every step of the process is covered so no stone is left unturned. The information is common sense and is geared towards those who are clueless about investing, The author provided many resources and tips throughout which was helpful. I do think this book is for those with a lot of money to play with who are looking for big returns on their investments. In a time when real estate has become a get rich quick phenomenon, many will be interested in what this book has to say.

I don't normally lead with such an enthusiastic headline but I love this book! It's not boring and dry, it's very readable and the wealth of simple, easily-understandable graphics in the book is great for learning, particularly for people who learn visually. It's also marvelously well laid out with a very clear outline in the table of contents showing exactly what the author is going to cover, section by section. On top of that, he's also included "digital assets" at the very beginning that you can download and that is such a great way to reinforce what you're teaching! Also, at the back of the book he has included case studies to illustrate what he's teaching. I think it's a fantastic book. I like what he has to say, I like his very analytical nature and the fact that he walks you through everything he has to teach you without making it dry and monotonous like a textbook! This is the kind of book I'd want for *anything* I was trying to learn, it's a fantastic asset for the aspiring real estate investor. I received it free in exchange for an honest review and I can wholeheartedly recommend it.
