Symon He has produced an easy to understand guide to Rental Property Investing. As a newbie to the world of investing this area is one I've looked into and wondered about. He's guide takes you on a journey with stops along the way to give you real instances to learn from. This is a Clydebank Media book and like the others, gives valuable information on a wealth of topics..

He impressed me with his explanations and additional material you can download. This particular book is one I have in multiple formats (ebook, audio, and the wire bound guide). I will be referencing it multiple times throughout the year as I begin my Rental Property investing. If you have any interest at all in Rental Property Investing, you need this book.
