It's All in How You Fall is a book that I was immediately interested in based on the summary. A retired gymnast that is trying to find her next purpose in life? And she is still a teenager? It's a can't lose start to the book. Oh, and the person wanting to help Caroline find her next passion is not only someone that she is interested in, but also someone that is completely off limits. I adored reading the progression of Caroline and Alex's relationship and thought the book took a heavier topic and made it into a fun and lighthearted read. It's All in How You Fall is a great choice for YA readers.

Thanks to Netgalley and Little, Brown Books for Young Readers for this ARC; this is my honest and voluntary review.

Caroline is on track to become an elite gymnastics and compete professionally 🤩 but when a back injury forces her to retire at fifteen, she’s left separated from her friends and the sport that defined her life 😢 Enter Alex, her older brother’s best friend and sports extraordinaire 🎾 ⚽️ 🏀 who offers to help her find a new passion 🥺 What follows is a summer full of love, friendship, and self-discovery ☀️

It’s All In How You Fall was even better than I’d hoped it would be!! The characters were unique and exciting, and Caroline’s character growth was very evident throughout the story! Alex was sweet and supportive 😊 and he was her friend first and foremost, which I LOVED 🥰

I would recommend this sweet summery read to fans of contemporary romance!

It's All In How You Fall is a cute YA romance. After Caroline Keple receives horrible news that her gymnastics days are over because of a back injury she feels lost. But, when her brother's best friend Alex Zavala helps her find a new sport she can pursue her life has a purpose again, In order to pay Alex back for his help she decides to help him with his love life. But it backfires when Caroline starts to have feelings for Alex and she doesn't know how to handle it. Great characters and a well-written story had me flying through this book. Another amazing story by Sarah Henning can't wait to read her next one.
