This book is a must read among the leadership 101 books. The author,Lori Michele Leavitt, has broken down the steps on how leaders can communicaate the direction in which they want their team to go. In her book she has broken down the initial communiction part , the actions which needs to be taken, how the actions should be taken, how to ensure the right action is being taken and much more. This is a very detailed step by step process guide on How to get clear and to be clear.

This book excels in helping one seek clarity and focus not just on goals but also attain a work-life balance. I loved the ease with which the author unpacks ideas, like simply knowing your why-it seems simple and I've heard it over the years, however-in this book the author delves into what could distract us and how to find our way back on course.
It would have been extremely awesome as a workbook, however-you can best enjoy it with a notebook in hand and pen to jot down ideas and insights that stand out.
Thanks Netgalley for the eARC.
