Margot Noble is the co-owner of Noble Vineyards with her brother, Elliot. She handles the business side, while Elliot is the head winemaker. As Margot is hard at work planning a huge event to bring in more business, Luke is hired by Elliot to work in the tasting room. This is great news to Margot, who is short staffed and stressed. That is, until she realizes the new hire is the same man she hooked up with the night prior! The pair had an immediate connection, but it becomes complicated once Margot becomes Luke’s boss.

Drunk on Love had swoony characters in a fabulous setting. The book takes place in Napa and Noble Vineyards is a big part of the story, which immediately drew me in. Margot is a take-charge leading character, and I loved how straightforward she was with Luke throughout the book. It was hard not to love Luke, as his caring and intelligent manner was evident. The side story of Margot’s strained relationship with her brother, Elliot, added a lot to the story. Drunk on Love is steamy, but this is balanced with emotive dialogue and entertaining banter. This was a wonderful romance by Jasmine Guillory!

Absolutely fantastic! The best book yet by Jasmine. I loved the relatability of the characters nearly as much as I loved the setting. I got to visit wine country last year and it made this story appeal to me even more. Plus the familial side stories helped to round out both leads and make for a truly satisfying book.

Honestly, this wasn't my favorite JG book. I found the characters to be likeable but I felt that the storyline was a little slow for my taste. I did really like the descriptions of the winery; I felt like I could imagine myself there! Thank you, NetGalley, for the ARC!

Jasmine Guillory’s books are always a fun escape! I hope that this is the first in a new series. 💕

(Planning to write a longer review for Shelf Awareness.)

Loved the Napa winery setting, added a nice peaceful charm to this newest Jasmine Guillory title. She continues to be a must read author for me. Drunk on Love was a quiet story, a bit cheesy, but sweet and will appeal to readers wanting a calm, contemporary romance with a beautiful setting.

I was so happy to see that Guillory was coming out with something fresh and new--something apart from her other works (even though I caught a few nods to the old series). I liked Drunk on Love. I like how realistic the characters are and how real they felt. The author's writing has gotten so much better over time and its great to see. Great job and I can't wait to have it on my shelf.

Loved the winery background. Loved the H and h and the surprise second meeting. A very enjoyable journey through their story and the wines. Not my favorite Guillory but certainly worth the read. A bit predictable.

I found Drunk on Love to be a very pleasant, entertaining romance. Margot runs a Napa Valley winery with her brother. She meets Luke at a friend's restaurant, they like each other and end up spending the night together. When Margo gets to work the next morning she finds that their new hire is the man she was with last night -- not a good thing for a work relationship. The plot revolves around keeping lots of secrets, misunderstandings, and building relationships between characters. I enjoyed the quick moving story but if a reader isn't into descriptions of sexual encounters, they may want to skip this one.

Jasmine Guillory is excellent at delivering a feel good romance! I just wanted to sit and have a glass wine and soak up this story.

Drunk on Love is a light, feel-good, workplace romance from author Jasmine Guillory and follows the story of Margot and Luke. Margot works hard and her family winery and while she loves what she does, she’s in desperate need of a break. And when Luke Williams enters the picture, he might just be the distraction she was hoping for…

Drunk on Love is set in the lush Napa Valley wine country. It’s easy to visualize and get a feel for. I adored both Luke and Margot and found them to be very genuine, real characters. I loved their chemistry and how well they hit it off when they first met. Yes, they were only supposed to be a one-night stand, but you could tell that these two were destined to be more; especially when fate intervened and Margot discovers that Luke is the newest employee her brother hired. Despite the attraction Margot feels towards Luke, she tells him that what happened between them can’t happen again. But, when you have chemistry like these two, you know it’s only a matter of time before they give in to what is burning between them.

Overall, I found this to be a really enjoyable read. I was pulled into the story instantly. I loved the flow of the writing and the likability of the characters. Margot and Luke’s story felt real and genuine. And in the end, Drunk on Love is a sweet romance that will sweep you off of your feet and leave you with a smile on your face.

Suffused with tenderness and delight, this is Guillory’s best book yet.

A fun sexy romance that takes place in wine country. I loved how the main characters met and their chemistry throughout the book!

This was a fun and cute read, like all of Guillory’s books!
Margot is the co owner Noble Family Vineyards located in Napa. She and her brother, the other co owner, seem to have a strained relationship. Because she feels like she has to prove herself worthy of ownership, she puts everything she has into the operations side of the vineyard. Margot is completely stressed. The 25th anniversary of the vineyard is coming up, and she wants everything for it to be perfect. On top of all of that, her brother hired someone on the spot without even discussing it first with her first.
Imagine her surprises when the new hire that walks into the door on Monday ends up being the guy she just hooked up with the night before.
As you can imagine awkwardness ensues.
I’m really not a fan of straight up romance novels. They tend to be a bit lacking in substance outside of romantic relationships and also entirely too graphic (cringey graphic at that) in the sex scenes. But honestly, Guillory books in my opinion are perfectly paced, not too graphic, and a lot of times have supporting characters and plots that are actually interesting.

Margot Noble runs a family winery with her brother; she's out at her BFF's bar on a Sunday when she meets a gorgeous guy, Luke, and throws caution to the wind by going home with him. But the next day, she walks into the winery to find her brother has hired him as her newest employee! (Shades of the first episode of Grey's Anatomy.) They decide to pretend like that night never happened, but you can imagine how well that goes. This is a fun and sweet read that may be a bit cliched in premise but is still charming and delightful - and I really enjoyed getting to see behind the scenes of the wine industry. Finished this in one night!

Sadly, I think JG is just churning stuff out too fast. She's lost a lot of her previous sparkle for me, and her characters feel really flat.

Jasmine Guillory always writes the best books and this one was no exception! The love story was great and it was even more fun that it took place at a winery. I think the story could’ve focused less on Elliot and instead developed the romance more, but otherwise I really loved this book. Another quick thought is to perhaps switch the beginning scene and put the one night stand first, and then have Margo meet the new employee. I feel like the beginning scene made it to obvious what was going to happen in the rest of the book.

I really loved this book. Jasmine Guillory is definitely becoming an author whose books I will search out. The story of Margot and Luke is so fun! I love the dynamic between the two main characters. What's meant to be a one off turns into something wholly more. I love how the relationship progresses. Despite the pace it is not forced. You see their relationship grow and you love them both for it (you also want to shake them each a few times, but that just makes them more realistic). This was a great story start to finish!

If you love wine, you'll probably like this even better than I did! Margot Noble runs a winery in Napa with her brother. Everyone knows everyone but Margot meets Luke one night, and they have an amazing night. She isn't sure if she should she him again...until it turns out he's her new employee! Lots of tension in this one, lots of crossed wires that seem like they aren't a big deal until they are a huge deal.

Mostly though, I loved watching Margot and Luke fall for each other. Being drunk on love is a really really good thing in this book. Guillory does it again!

This book put a genuine smile on my face the entire time I read it. I love love loved this journey for Margot and Luke and how realistic everything felt. This was such a vivid picture of Napa Valley and what it would be like to visit there. The winery, the Barrel, all of it felt so small town and glamorous and I enjoyed it so much. Overall, this was an epically wonderful romance that had me swooning right along with Margot! 👏🏼
