Very fun and great art style! I think teens in the target demographic will really enjoy this one. I always love a good sci-fi graphic novel, and I know this would go over well in my library.

I liked this but it was just the start up of what will happen in later issues. Nothing really happened.

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for granting me free access to the advanced digital copy of this book, as this book has already been published, I will not share my review on Netgalley at this time.

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for giving me this eARC to review.

The art style is nice and I am intrigued to see where the story goes in following volumes but I found myself not really liking the main characters and how they interacted with others so I am not sure if I would follow on.

This was a fun and interesting read with a rebellious girl gang trio at the centre. I hope we delve even deeper into all their pasts in later volumes, but Una’s in particular. I love the mystery element there and can’t wait to see it explored further. I enjoyed the art here and the punk aesthetic, with all manner of neon hair colours and distinctive, expressive styles present. The intricacy of the backgrounds alone was so impressive, and I particularly loved the decoration of the central trio’s dorm room. Ultimately, this was a great introduction to this series and I’m looking forward to reading more

A greatly unique graphic novel!

The art style in this one is so fun and the characters were all really different and enjoyable. I found the plot to be very entertaining and overall it was pleasing to look at while reading.

This was one of the best graphic novels I've read in a long time. I can't wait for volume 2. The setting was intruiging, and we were given just enough information about how the characters got where they were to leave us hooked and wanting more. The characters were had personalities that shined through, and their designs helped with that a lot. The art was bright and colourful, and had the vibes of 1970's punk. The LGBTQIA+ representation was subtle but realistic and I can't wait to see where Jenn takes it. It was a short read, but one I would 100% reccomend.

Shining glory: The characters were loveable and mesmorising, and I can't wait to know what happens to them next.

Fatal flaw: There were a lot of empty panels with no diologue that didn't convey any story or plot, this is fine for a number of panels but I would have liked one or two less.

Read this if: You love LGBTQIA+ stories that focus on both character and plot. You like unique art styles and bright colours

Skip this if: You're not a sci-fi fan. You like fast-paced, constantly moving stories.

The art style is nice and the concept of a boarding school on the moon is interesting. Would be interested in seeing how the story progresses.

Interesting storyline, the character design was also pretty good, and the pace was pretty okay as well. I think the only issue I have is the fact that it was pretty short. Like it could have added a little more than 3-5 pages to wrap it all well. But overall, I enjoyed it.

An amazing start to a new YA dystopian sci-fi graphic novel series by Jenn Woodall. Although it was a super quick read, I found myself falling in love with the characters and their friendships and dynamics. The story line was well established and sets the reader up perfectly for the next instalment in the series. I'm super excited for the next one and I can't wait to see where the story takes the girls next.

Thank you to Oni Press & Netgalley for providing me with an e-ARC in exchange for an honest review!

Gorgeous illustrations 💖 A group of girls living on the moon wants to return to Earth after they heard the planet was still habitable. My only real critique is that not a whole lot happen in this first volume, but im looking forward to the next one. It has a lot of potential!

Brilliant art style that helped to bring an interesting cast of characters to life! I was so happy to read a sapphic graphic novel with such amazing art work that really set things up for a brilliant series!

Funny, quirky with lovable girls as leading rolls!
Already the cover makes you want to read this scifi story! I love the idea of High-School in space with your daily problems during school but with a twist because hey it's scifi!
I can't wait for more of the series!

I had a tough time putting this graphic novel down. We meet three friends who are going to school on the Moon, and life for them is far from perfect. The lessons are boring and they don’t feel they learn much from them. They also find themselves getting detention every once in a while, and are forced to pick up trash on the roof of the school. One detention though they get shown a big secret, one that could change all of their lives for the better. As this graphic novel comes to a close it is clear this story has only just begun.

Thanks to Netgalley and Oni Press for the e-arc, though I did end up reading a finished copy!

Finally getting to this after having an e arc and accidentally having my Netgalley access expire before downloading and then waiting for it to come out and then buying it lol.

Una, Stab, and Yuki live on the moon after the Earth was deemed uninhabitable. But Yuki and Stab remember it differently. Getting into trouble in their terrible school, they realize there might be a chance of going home.

I liked this one a lot. It seems like a start to what could be a really great series. But honestly not much happens in this first one except establishing characters and motivation, and then finally the main plot right at the end. The art is really cool and the characters seem interesting! I'm excited to read more in the future!

I really loved the art, the story and how everything unfolded throughout the comic. Definitely going to be reading more from this comic series.

I ripped through this because punks in space and surprise surprise, the Earth becomes uninhabitable?! Who would've thought... The color palette and illustrations are *chef's kiss* gorgeous. Also? The cast is SO COOL (where do they get their clothes from? will travel to space for those 'fits and their hair stylists, just saying). I'm glad it's volume 1 implying a volume 2.
