I absolutely loved this book! The authors were so real and raw with their emotions and the challenges that they have in their relationship with them both being so different from one another. I loved how the book was written from different perspectives and how the book flowed. I recommend this book to all my friends in a relationship and have even started reading it with my current partner.

Great book! It dives into both sides of the story - actual thoughts, reactions and next steps. Not just based on theory, but how the theory actually plays out in a real relationship. This book has helped me to better identify how I cope, fight, and want to be loved. Was enlightening as it opened my eyes to what is going on in my current relationship. Also, identifies tools to help you retrain your brain, body and soul so that you can be ready for a relationship.
