I enjoyed the histories of these different locations and the lore attached but I could have done without the author's' personal notes about their dates and courtship

I LOVE the concept of this book and the stories accompanying it. I picked up the audio book to hopefully use on a long car trip and found it a bit scrambled as I wasn’t able to follow along with the pdf. Seeing the visuals I’m sure helps bring these stories to even more life and the printed version would make for a really fun coffee table book!

Review:
As a person that absolutely hates driving, I would 100% go on this road trip. It was such an interesting collection of haunted and paranormal stories from different regions of the United States. I also loved how they threw in places to eat and drink. Such a fun book!!

I received an ALC in exchange for an honest review.

A Haunted Road Atlas Review!

Thank you so much Andrews McMeel Audio and Netgalley, for this gifted audio book, in exchange for an honest review!
Okay, first off, how have I never heard of this podcast before?! All they talk about is true crime and paranormal activities. It’s literally the PERFECT podcast (which I will now be listening to). This book talk about true crime, paranormal, and food. It LITERALLY can’t get any better. 😂 A Haunted Road Atlas was a 5/5 ⭐️ for me. This read pretty much like a podcast which I’m very down for. I listened to about 5 hours of this in one day and I had troubles falling asleep and I kept waking up to every little bump in the night. It is seriously so creepy!! I will definitely be getting the physical copy of this when it comes out and will be rereading it for life!
