Trigger warnings there is some unnecessary use of racist words and there is a sexual assault that takes place.

Aside from the trigger warnings, this was a good story that did have me turning the pages to see what would be happening next. You will be hooked from the prologue forward, with Dr. Caroline Glyn, a cancer researcher, who makes an acquaintance with this very cold-ish, grumpy, older man Mr. Rykov at their daughters' school one morning. That meeting, as random as it might have seemed set off a series of events that will change the life of both Dr. Glyn and Mr. Rykov. From mystery to thriller Posttraumatic has it all, and even some mystical situation occurs that is just mind-blowing. Dr. Caroline does many things with the help of Mr. Rykov that not even she thought possible, we see how even Agent Smith, an FBI agent, has a hard time understanding some things but the three of them work together to fulfill Mr. Rykov's legacy and solidify Dr. Caroline Glyn's future.
