I know a good history by the number of rabbit-hole browser tabs I open on my iPad while reading; The Collaborators set a new record. Ian Buruma uses three seemingly clearcut "bad guys" to exhibit how we operate in the gray areas more than we'd usually like to admit.

This book is fascinating! I love World War II stories and this was a really interesting look at the ugly side of surviving a terrible war. Absolutely worth a look for anyone interested in the morality of warfare.
