I like this witchy romantic comedy, but I must admit that it just did stay with me. I laughed and swooned, but that was it. I think I will read the third book in the series as I am curious where the tale will lead. I recommend this book if you like a witchy cute romance.

When Wells moves to Graves Glen to open up a witchcraft shop across the street from Gwyn’s own shop, their professional competition leads to a personal romance.

I liked this better than The Ex Hex, but you should probably read them in order. If you are into witchy romances, you should definitely put this on your list to read!

This was a good sequel and a very fun read for those who like all things witchy and Halloween. I will definitely be recommending this on Halloween and fall lists!

I did not have time to finish this title before the publication date. However, it was purchased by my library (and 26 other libraries in our consortia). Our copy has gone out five time since September :)

What a book to give the witchy vibes! I can't wait for the next one in the series featured in Graves Glen because Ms. Sterling makes the characters an escape. I always have fun with her books.

This was such a fun book. Sterling knows how to bring in fantastic chemistry and romance, looking forward to her next adventure in Graves Glen.

This is a late review, but this book was fine. I think I enjoyed the first book much more. The queer rep was great, and I loved that Gwyn got her time to shine in the series, but I just didn't love the couple as much. Maybe it was the lack of tension? Not sure, but this book was fun nonetheless. Still a fun witchy read, especially for fall.

These are simply the best fall reads. I live in AZ where it is crazy hot, so I need my fall reads to make the season for me. This series doesn’t disappoint.

I loved continuing this series with Gwyn's story! It is such a fun world that Erin Sterling (Rachel Hawkins) has created and I look forward to more in the series. The dialogue was laugh out loud funny and the romance scenes were super steamy! I highly recommend this one.

This witchy romance was a lot of fun, and great to see more queer representation in the subgenre. A good follow-up to the first book.

I just want to start off by saying that I really liked the first book. I thought it was the perfect spooky season read. The Kiss Curse was just as good. I loved it. I loved that we got to see where our characters stories were going. I loved that we got to learn more about the characters and really get a feel for who they are. I loved this hallmark spooky read and I cant wait to see what else this author writes.

This was a fun sequel to an expanding series. Going off of the vibe of the first book, The Kiss Curse brought the perfect mix of silly banter and witchy fun. This series has become a magical must read. Thank you to Netgalley for early access in exchange for a honest review.

A delightful sequel to a great beginning. The stakes in this one remain the same; legacy, the fate of the town, one's life, etc, but the players are changed, and the chemistry is zestier than ever. Read it for the vibes, and remember it for the witchiness.

I couldn't put it down and I didn't want to. This book lived up to every ounce of hype that I had experienced for it. This book is beautifully written; a gripping storyline with strong characters. It ticked all the boxes of my expectations. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Rating: 3/5 Stars

The next story in the Ex Hex series, The Kiss Curse follows Vivi’s fun and quirky cousin Gwyn and Rhys’ brother Wells on their magical journey to romance.

When Wells Penhallow returns to Graves Glen - the Jones women, particularly Gwen are not thrilled at this latest development. Returning to Graves Glen to strengthen the Penhallow ties to the land, Wells opens up a shop in direct competition from Gwyn’s charming witchcraft shop across the street.

When Gwyn’s power starts to disappear, will these two cross the line from professional to personal as she and Wells race to find out where her magic has gone?

This next installment was much more fun than the Ex Hex but it definitely lacked the chemistry or relationship development of the its predecessor. While I appreciated and adored Gwen and Wells - I missed watching them grow in their relationship and work through their difference - their enemies to lover trope story line just felt to easy. Still a great read - but definitely not as many sparks as the first book.

Thanks to Net Galley, Avon & Harper Voyager, and Erin Sterling for the ARC in exchange for my honest review!

[ARC REVIEW]
This was a great read!
On par with book 1 as far as keeping me intrigued and ready to turn the next page.
I was a little disappointed, like - I could see situations happening (foreshadowing) and it made it kind of predictable. Gwyn and Wells' relationship seems ALMOST forced; as we are just now introduced to her interest in men (which is fine, do you boo), but then it's just like BOOM, BOOM, BOOM, we are in love. It would be great if there were some kind of explanation between the love connections and the two families.

Thank you to Netgalley for allowing me early access to this book.
I can't wait for book 3!

Thank you for providing me a copy of this book to review!

I absolutely loved the first book in this series, and I thought "The Kiss Curse" was an excellent sequel.

My favorite part about this series is the setting. I want to visit Graves Glen and its idyllic autumnal small town. Beyond the setting, Erin Sterling also incorporates great humor into her stories, whether it's the character's personalities, dialogue, or the situations they find themselves in. While I was hesitant about Gwyn as a protagonist, I ended up loving her and Wells. Erin Sterling writes great romances.

However, I thought the plot wasn't as intriguing as the character relationships and often distracted from Gwen and Wells' story. I also would've like to see more of Vivienne, Rhys, and other characters from the previous book. Though, for readers who haven't read the first book "The Ex Hex," the limited role of Vivienne and Rhys in this story means it can be read as a standalone.

Not a perfect book, but it was a cute little witchy book. It was a little far fetched and the logic of the characters could be irritated. I still enjoyed it and will read the third one.

I really enjoyed this more than the 1st book. I loved Gwyn and Wells. Their banter was so entertaining. Of course, I loved Sir Purrcival and the baby witches. I cannot wait to see what the next book has in store.

My rating is a 3.5 ⭐️

Thank you NetGalley and publishers for this ebook.
