I honestly just couldn't get into this one. I heard so many great things and know others have loved this book/author, but it isn't for me for some reason!

January was crazy busy for me and I accidentally let this one’s pub date slip by me. I kept meaning to pick it up, and then didn’t. Normally when I get this behind on an arc, I just scrap the arc itself and add it to my tbr down the line. What’s the point of getting/reading/reviewing an arc 3 months after it was published? But for some reason I kept this one and I am SO glad I did. I’ve only read 2 other books by Kate Clayborn (others are on my kindle), but this is by far my favourite. I loved every single thing about it. I loved Georgie and Levi, I loved the writing, the setting, all the side characters. The pacing was great, the content was great, everything everything everything. Loved. I thought it was an absolutely beautiful story, like coming of age but the adult version. Maybe it just hit me at the perfect time, or maybe it was just a perfect mix of things for me. Don’t know, don’t care, absolutely loved. The end.

Georgie, All Along is a fun read that had me laughing out loud. I adored Georgie and Levi and Hank (especially Hank!). This was just a really, really great read - a finding yourself story, love story, redemption story. I would absolutely read a sequel to see what Georgie and friends are up to now!

Georgie, All Along is centered around Georgie and Levi. Georgie feels like her townspeople thinks of her as a failure. On the other hand, Levi is estranged from his father and siblings due to an incident he caused when he was young. The only person who takes a chance on him is Georgie’s father, Paul who hires Levi.

I enjoyed this one!! A bit slow in the beginning but picked up in the end and it was a great read. The author does a great job with character development. Lots of great connections between them all.

An early contender for my favorite book of the year. Kate Clayborn's books all feel so real and close, like her characters are friends you already know and love, and you can't help but feel everything that they're feeling. The growing relationship between Georgie and Levi is butterfly-inducing, and watching as their trust grows and their lives become more and more intertwined until they can't possibly be apart was endlessly thrilling.

Finally finished Georgie all along! This book was slow, the lead male character Levi is the stereotypical broken man and Georgie is a hot mess. Hank the dog is the best character! I liked the few spicy scenes but this book just had so much annoying inner dialogue from both lead characters that didn’t make sense or add to the story in any way. I enjoyed the happily ever after but it took too long to get there.

Georgie was such a delightful character to read. Watching her growth through the text from lost and searching, to being in a comfortable position in her life was heart warming. Her relationship with Levi was believable, and the conflict did not feel forced, which was honestly refreshing! The cast of characters surrounding them made the book exceptional. I would recommend this book to someone who likes small-town/home-town romance, a re-invention story, and even coming of age (even though they are doing it much later than typical!).

Oh how I’ve truly missed such a perfect dual perspective romance!!! And in a small town where everyone knows everyone?!? Definite recipe for an all-night reading sesh!!

“A soft place to land.”

The sheer amount of emotions packed in this one is crazy. It is truly beautiful when even a love story is much more than just that. There’s even subtle lessons to learn and remember for life: the maddening roller coaster that life itself is, the people who stay around no matter what, the people you meet along the way that seem like they’ve always been there, and what you choose to do with your life in the face of all this.

Speaking of the love story here, yeah plenty of swoon involved. And not just Levi Fanning, mind you. Henry Yoon as well. One of the most striking moments of the book is when Georgie couldn’t have been more happier for her best friend for having found her “prince among men.”

Darling little love story. I felt all the feels and enjoyed it! Highly recommend! The dog was the star of the book. Took a bit to get into, but don’t give up! Thank you so much NetGalley and the publisher for this ARC.

I throughly enjoyed this book. My expectations were definitely met and I’d read more by this author in the future! I bought it for my shelves as well because it’s just so pretty.

What works for me in contemporary romances: grumpy/sunshine, forced proximity, quiet and vulnerable hero who loves his dog to bits, and supportive female friendships.

This had all of this and was such a sweet read! I am so soft.

It's not an entirely new storyline: Woman loses job, realizes she doesn't know what she wants to do in life, decides to make a bucket list of sorts to regain that spark she once had with the help of a grumpy ostracized man (who happens to be the older brother of her childhood crush). Then bam there's feelings and a budding relationship. Add in some family drama and that's the book.

I liked the stream of consciousness way of writing. Georgie falls under the manic pixie category but she's not over the top and still felt relatable. She and Levi connect easily, support each other in the ways they most need it, and I appreciate the dual POV! Levi's absolutely SMITTEN with Georgie and reading his gushing internal thoughts was a real treat.

There's a conflict I wish resolved a little more thoroughly, but I'm not mad at how it was addressed. Overall, the book takes its time and is a slice of life style foray on the characters and their messy lives. Considering the setting and subject matter, I thought it was fitting.

I have really enjoyed all of Kate Clayborn’s books, but this one is my favorite so far. I loved both of the main characters, their journeys, and their love. Made my heart ache in the best of ways.

Kate Clayborn books are an autoread for me, and this one did not disappoint. I loved that this was as much Levi’s story as it was Georgie’s. It was heartwarming, funny, and charming. I rooted for these characters, and I did not want it to end. This was more than a rom-com—it was full of wisdom and all about second chances.

Georgie All Along was a cute romantic comedy about a woman who is looking for the next step in her life and returns to her small town to hopefully figure it out, only to find romance along the way.

Georgie as a character was alright, but pales in comparison to her male counterpart Levi Fanning. He brought depth and soul to this book. I’m not sure this book would have been as good if the male main character was any less developed or rich. Truly a blueprint for all romantic heroes.

Georgie has always put others’ needs before her own. When she loses her personal assistant job she returns to her childhood home to figure out what she wants to do, but also help her best friend get ready for the arrival of her baby. Georgie finds an old friend fic they had created and decides to go back in time to do the things they wrote about but never did. When Levi, the older brother of her childhood crush, also happens to be staying at Georgie’s parents’ he agrees to help her complete her list. And he can't help falling for her along the way.

I loved Georgie! I was just rooting for her to figure out her life, even though in the end she really didn’t need to have it all figure out. I think that is a good lesson for anyone. I also loved her relationship with Levi - both knowingly flawed but so sweet (and spicy!). Now that I’ve finished this one I actually miss all the characters. This book was absolutely adorable! It’s not a lighthearted romance, though. It’s so much more than that. It has depth and very, very flawed characters. But they’re inherently good and you can feel that seeping out of the pages. If you enjoy stories about redemption, healing from past hurts, working through your mess, and finding love, I encourage you to get lost in this story. I can’t remember the last time I rooted for a fictional relationship the way I did with Georgie and Levi. 💕

Georgie is unemployed and makes the decision to move back home. She stays in her parents house, unknowing that they also invited Levi to stay there while repairs were being made to his house.

This was a beautiful story of Georgie’s coming into her own and finding out just how she tends to put others first but it’s time to focus on herself. And the love developing with Levi of course.

This is my second Kate Clayborn book, and I enjoyed this one more than my first. There were hints of so many romance tropes in this one: The meet-cute, Forced Proximity, Enemies to Lovers, Childhood sweethearts. I appreciate the growth that both of the main characters, Georige and Levi, go through on their path to love. Plus, I always love a dual POV. A few open door moments, but overall fairly mild on the spiciness scale. Overall, I found this book to be a sweet and engaging story.
