Thank you NetGalley, Marissa Clarke and Entangled Publishing, LLC for the ARC of Love Out Loud. This is my personal review.
This book is a rom-com that is easy to read. Fiona does not like public speaking at all. It just is not something she likes to do but she has to give a speech for an award she has received and Jacob a speech coach is hired to help fer overcome her dislike of public speaking.
This was such a fun book to read, and I liked the characters and the dogs in the story make the book a complete and enjoyable few hours spent with them. The author has written a book you will enjoy and be very glad you did.
This is the third book in the Animal Attraction Series.

I've read a couple books written by Marissa Clarke now and she's a great author. They consist good writing, great storylines, and wonderful characters. My heart was invested in Jake and Fiona's romance. I rarely like Rom-com romance because they tend to be over the top cheesy. I found myself snorting and laughing out loud, but responding in quiet introspection and contemplation as well. I absolutely loved this book! I definitely need to go read the others in this series.

Thank you NetGalley and Entangled Publishing for the ARC of this book. This is my voluntary and honest review.

Love Out Loud is a cute, little rom-com story. Fiona, a veterinarian who hates public speaking, has to give a speech at a rewards ceremony. Enter hot guy Jacob, a speech coach, who is hired to help her get over her phobia. While you know how this book is going to end up it is a fun read to see how they get to that end point. This is a quick read which would be a great summer beach read.

Love out Loud is a really cute read. This one put a smile on my face from the very beginning. Fiona is a little shy, hates giving public speeches and would rather talk through the animals then to people. She has this sense of humor that will have you giggling all the way through. You are just going to love this veterinarian so much. Jake is a successful speech coach. He is good at his job and has little time for anything else. I love the meet cute moment between Jake and Fiona. You feel the pull between them build more and more with each interaction as Jake tries to coach Fiona for her award ceremony. I love how both work hard to over come their fears together. I love how Fiona shows Jake there is nothing to be afraid of when it comes to dogs. I loved this one so much. Fiona and Jake are simply wonderful together. I could not get enough of this one. You need to one click this one today and meet Fiona and Jake.

This is an quick, easy read. Fiona Nichols is an incredibly shy Veterinarian who has a huge crush on the hot guy in her building. Instead of a meet cute, she has a meet cringe involving getting stuck in a revolving door and a dog toy that is a bit suggestive. Her opportunity to speak to the hot guy has turned into mortification. Of course, Fiona has to give a speech for an award for her charity work and her friend has set her up with a speech consultant, Jake Ward. Of course, Jake is the hot guy from her building. This book has a lot of humor and heart. While this is the third book in the series, it can be read as a standalone. I received an arc of this book from NetGalley for my honest review.

Thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the chance to read an early copy of this book.

"Love Out Loud" is such a fun book; I really enjoyed this quick read. While in a lot of ways this is a typical opposites attract, slow burn story, the addition of strong friends plus lots of dogs added dimension. All the characters were well developed and likeable. My only very small complaint was that the ending wrapped up the storyline a bit too quickly.

This is the third book in this series. I have not read the others and this was fine as a standalone book.

Fiona is a vet with a delimitating anxiety about public speaking, and speaking to strangers. But she has to give a speech, accepting an award for her work in helping homeless animals--a cause she believes in.

Enter Jake, who is terrified of dogs. The two have already met--as it happens, they live in the same building. But he avoids her because of her two dogs, and she avoids him because of the way he looks at her dogs: even though he's hot, number one on her list of "musts" is "must like dogs."

It happens that Jake's career is aiding people to prepare for public speaking. He explains that he is not a therapist, though he might employ some techniques that are also used by therapists. I really, really liked the distinction made her--and then I was even more impressed when his first attempt totally fizzles, and why, and what Fiona did about it.

This is a romance, so you know where it's going, and it goes there delightfully. What really impressed me was the expert way that the author combined actual details about extreme shyness and how to approach public speaking, while guiding this story-ship between the Scylla of dumping too much research in and making it into a Problem Novel, and the Charybdis of mushy research and a magic-wand fixit. Fiona's problems are real, and also specific to her. I LOVED how Fiona talks to people through their pets, enabling her to get past her difficulties and still do an excellent job.

I also loved the animal love in this book. Totally a bonus. Altogether a lovely read.

Fiona is a shy veterinarian who isn’t comfortable with public speaking, but she’s up for a prestigious award and must give a speech. Jake is hired to coach her and help her overcome her fear. Turns out Jake has his own issues. Can the two of them overcome their differences and insecurities and help each other? When something Jake does splits them apart, Fiona realizes he helped her more than she thought possible, but can she forgive him? A fun, entertaining read.

I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

This book was very fun to read. When a vet needs to make a speech where she is getting an award, she ffreaks out about it. She is fine with animals, she just doesn't like to talk to people. Her friend hires a speech coach and they are attracted to each other but don't act on it for quite a while. He helps her with her issues, she helps him not be afraid of dogs. A huge misunderstanding drives them apart, but he fixes it and apologizes until she forgives him

I got this book from NetGalley and am voluntarily leaving a review

Jake and Fiona are perfect for each other because she showed him there was more to life than work and he helped her overcome her fear of public speaking. Fiona didn’t really care about her aversion to speaking to large groups, but she needed to be able to make a heartfelt presentation about her charity work and was determined to get her point across in the best possible way. Not only did Fiona help Jake relax, but she also made him feel comfortable around her dogs so he wouldn’t be fearful anymore. Their meet cute in their building’s revolving door was hilarious and it set the stage for their funny and emotional love story.

Fiona had noticed Jake around her building and thought he was handsome and sexy, but unapproachable. When she found herself stuck in the revolving door with him, she clammed up, turned red and wished she could start her day over!! Jake was intrigued by the beautiful veterinarian and when he realized she was his new client, he knew his life would never be the same. He soon found out that behind her shy facade was a funny, brilliant and amazing young woman who he wanted to know better.

I loved Fiona’s dedication to helping pets who belonged to homeless individuals in her community. She has a kind heart, a calming spirit and a gentle touch, and everyone who meets her wants to be her friend, including Jake. Fiona brought happiness and fun into Jake’s staid life, and he wanted to be with her forever. What happens when Jake mixes business with pleasure and professes his love to Fiona? Will she be receptive to his feelings or run the other way to save herself from heartbreak?

"Love Out Loud" by Marissa Clarke
A Sweet Contemporary Romance with just a bit of spice.
Just as the description said, This is "a deliciously fun, flirty rom-com"… AND, you really don’t want to miss this read. I am ever so glad I had this time with Fiona, Jake, and the dogs. I do like a fun easy read, even when it makes my eyes get extra watery, or I just must chuckle even if folks wonder why. So I must stop and try to explain without really spoiling the story for them, should they decide to read it, too! Happy Reading ! !

I loved it!!

An entertaining story with fun and emotions and in spite of some predictable aspects, it made me go awwwwww...

Fiona and Jake - along with their cute little family will make us want to adopt canine children / siblings... Loved these two MCs - opposites but complementing each other in their own way...

Would have loved an epilogue (I crave for epilogues and extended epilogues as always - the ever craving one 😂)...

Wondering if we will see Addison or Marcus in the forthcoming books/ series...

P.S. Special mention to Fiona's T-shirts 😁😁...

This is the third book in the Animal Attraction series, featuring the shy vet Fiona. This book can also be read as a stand alone. Fiona is a brilliant veterinarian, who is painfully shy and much prefers talking to animals over people. At the beginning of the book, Fiona’s friend and business partner Jane strong arms Fiona into going to accept an award she has won, because it will be good for business. To try to help Fiona with overcoming her fear of talking in public, Jane hires a public speaking coach to help her prepare. Things get really awkward when they first meet, and Fiona realizes the coach is the hot guy from her building who she has recently finally “met” in a very embarrassing manner, a very memorable meet cute. As Fiona and Jake work together sparks start to fly as they challenge each other to both overcome some fears in their life. Fiona and Jake start to develop feelings for each other, but many obstacles stand in their way to a happily ever after. This was a great read, a very entertaining romantic comedy. I received an ARC from netgalley, and this is my honest review.

Love Out Loud is an entertaining, sweet and story, it made me laugh and sigh and smile.

Fiona has a crush on her neighbor but she is very shy and has never dared to speak to him, she must give a speech for an award that she is going to receive and her friend hires Jacob the same guy she has a crush on to to help her with her speech.

Even though they start off on the wrong foot and it doesn't help that Jacob doesn't like dogs, as the story progresses we see sparks fly between them, and despite the fact that they both want to keep it professional, it is very difficult for them and finally and they give in to what they feel, love them, they are too cute together.

I really liked how they help each other overcome their fears, and how their relationship is built, this is a slow burn romance that will make you fall in love.

I requested to read and review this book for free from Entangled Publishing. This is a cute rom con with some drama ans mystery thrown in as well. Can opposite attract? Does maybe a person who doesn't look like your type be your type? Looks can be deceiving what one person as think is stuck up into another shy. Fiona is more confident then what she is given credit for. And Jake had some happen to him when he was younger shape who he is today. Can they help each other out and find the best version of themselves? The answer is I hope so. This book can be read anywhere and anytime!

Fiona’s nigthmare is to speak in public. And she has an speech in an award winning ceremony. Can handsome speech coach Jake help her overcome her fears or will be FIOna helping him even if he doesn’t know it? A sweet story about love, friendship, facing your fears and fighting your own demos.

Absolutely precious! I love the dual point of view. I also loved how this book can relate to both introverts and extroverts and everyone who has to feel like they should be “on” or become someone entirely different. Fiona and Jake were the best happily ever after!
