I really like Jennifer Probst as an author, but this story kind of fell flat for me. It was cute enough, but didn't really excite me like some of her other stories did.

So It Goes is the second book in Twist of Fate series and it is fantastic. It's Palmer and Malia's story and it is going to keep you hooked to your kindle for a long time.

Jennifer Probst is back in her Twist of Fate series and boy do we have two people who are so reluctant towards each other it was funny how much they kept denying each other. We see Malia Evergreen on the brink of starting a new life she has dreamed of having with a man but sometimes fate has a way of changing things. Here is a woman who has wanted only two things, love and family but sometimes you have to take things in your own hands and well speed things up. I loved seeing her not fall Palmer so easily making him work harder than ever for her love. These two balance each other out in a way they never expected yet love is all there. Seeing Palmer show Malia that she can still have all the things she wished for is very thoughtful considering he can have any woman he wants. He is so unlike what she thought of him and Jennifer Probst proves to Malia to never judge a book by its cover and boy does she start seeing Palmer in a different way. Loved seeing them all together and we even see Mike and Emma and their beginning of something more to come. Now these two are like in their own world but the way Jennifer Probst brings everyone together in this book is just magical.

So It Goes by Jennifer Probst is the second novel in her Twist of Fate series. Readers will enjoy this slow burn, fake dating novel that is filled with delightful banter and lots of chemistry. So It Goes by Jennifer Probst is an enjoyable contemporary romance that proves to readers that Jennifer Probst novels are a staple in the genre.

I thought that I would give this book a try, unfortunately, this book wasn't it for me. I just didn't connect with the characters or the love between the characters. It seems a bit too force in my opinion. I don't understand. I feel like that they are better as friends than an couple. Just my opinion.

So It Goes by Jennifer Probst had some likeable elements and the synopsis was a big drawcard. Unfortunately, the story fell short of expectations. Review copy received from the Publisher via Netgalley

So It Goes is a billionaire, fake dating, type story and it was enjoyable. The characters have a lot of chemistry between the two of them and there was a nice subplot of fertility treatments which is not always covered and I think they dealt with that really well. I do think I missed out by not reading the previous book on some of the other characters. I recommend the book, it was a nice read.

this is the second in the series and I just dont think the characters clicked for me. What hurt the book IMO is Malia she doesnt come off as someone you like or want to like becuase her stubbornness and hard headeddness is so forward. Palmer was this perfect on paper person and why did this not work?
i love romance, i love fake dating, i love slow build chemistry, i even like the sparring but its kind of ehhh. The romance aspect didnt work for me

I have read quite a few books by Jennifer Probst and enjoyed them all. I enjoyed this one as well but not as much as her other books. While I enjoy a good fake dating trope this one fell a bit flat for me….Malia was a bit stubborn and playing hard to get just a tad bit too much, while poor Palmer was chasing her like crazy, I honestly didn’t think he would catch her. In the end they got their HEA but not quite sure if they were a perfect for each other.

Work place hostility catches fire when Malia and Palmer finally admit the truth…they both like the other.

Malia doesn’t think he will support or understand her most recent life choice and he’s not sure he’s the settle down type, but the can’t deny that they seem sort of perfect for each other.

I loved getting updates on the crew at Quench and can’t wait for book 3!

So It Goes by Jennifer Probst is a really cute romance story between Malia and Palmer. There's a somewhat enemies-to-lovers trope there especially in the beginning and in Malia's end. I liked the story even more because it was in a workplace (ish) setting.

Overall, it's a nice read for a cozy afternoon.

This was not it. This wasn’t a romance until the last 50 to 100 pages. The majority of the book reads like a lust-filled sex dream. There was nothing outside the attraction between the two characters that made me think they belonged together. I absolutely loved the author's Searching for and Marriage to a Billionaire series, so it really surprised me that this book didn’t give me that warm, fuzzy feeling I get every time I pick up one of her romance novels.

Quick & fun love story that had me smiling for Malia to find her Happily ever after. I liked how we got dual POV's from Malia & Palmer because it kept the story intriguing.

This is Book 2 in the Twist of Fate Series by this author. It is a slow burn romance between Malia and Palmer. These likeable souls and the unique plot make for an entertaining read. What starts out as a fake date turns into something more. It is a romantic journey with some drama, humor, steam, twists and turns, plus appealing secondary characters to keep the reader interested. A quick, lighthearted read.
