A digital ARC of this book was provided to me by NetGalley and Bookouture. The opinions are my own and freely given.

This is #4 in the Agent Tori Hunter series. I have not as of yet read the first 3 books in this series (even though I have already bought them) and when this was available on NetGalley, I thought, Why Not? I must say that I was not disappointed at all. Tori Hunter is a former FBI agent who appears to have an illustrious career. She is partnered, both professionally and personally with Will Braddock in the Shepard County Sheriff's Department. I liked everybody in this story, all the detectives, their rapport with one another, their work ethic. This is not something that you have to read in order (even though I prefer it, but you can follow along just fine). This was non-stop action, and I couldn't put it down. I look forward very much to starting from the beginning and reading all future stories. This might very well move into one of my favorite series. Thank you, Roger Stelljes, NetGalley and Bookouture.

This is an intense, gripping, twisty story about a child who is kidnapped right in front of a policeman's son! The policeman and his partner lead the investigation and discover prior similar cases. Lots of action as well as character development of the two investigators.

Tori and WIll are one of my favorite detective teams! Isabelle has gone missing, snatched right off the path she and her classmates take home from school every day in broad daylight.
This case hits our duo differently as WIlls son Quinn was a witness... As Tori and Will dive deep into the case secrets get revealed that put them in danger.
This case is full of action and had me completely sucked in and turning the pages until they solved the case. We also get a bit of a bonus case solved at the end, which was a great way to end the book.

I can't wait to see what kind of case Tori and Will will be solving next.

Watch out, bad people in Minnesota kidnapping children, Tori will hunt you down! A man with a van kidnaps a girl right in front of the eyes of a friend of hers. Bold move, or could it be the whole point to be seen? There seems to be absolutely no reason why she was kidnapped. Turns out some other kids from around have also gone missing in the past, without a trace. Tori is not willing to give up on them.

Strong characters, great story, brilliantly building up towards solving the case! I enjoy reading about Tori's life since she's settled back home and solved the case of her missing sister. It is great to see such a dedicated agent like Tori doing what she can, and she is good at it!

It is always great to be back in town, and now that I have gotten to know the great crowd, I just can't wait for new books to be released. Bring them on!

Missing Angel is the 4th book in the Agent Tori Hunter series. Usually when I read a series I start losing interest after a few books in the series. Not the case with the series! Each book gets better and better. I absolutely love the characters of Tori and Braddock. The fourth entry in this series does disappoint. Braddock’s son ,Quinn , sees a friend of his from hockey, Isabella, get kidnapped right in front of his eyes. He also gets injured in the kidnapping. Since Braddock knows the family he lets Tori take lead on this case plus she is an expert in missing children’s cases.
The twists and turns in this book were so good. I kept thinking I knew what was going on but then it would switch and I was wrong and then I thought I knew again and I was wrong again. Definitely check the series out and start with the first one. I promise you you will not regret it! Thank you to the publisher and Net Galley for the advanced copy of this book. All opinions are my own.

Gripping right from the first page I spent most of my time reading this book sat on the edge of my seat holding my breath. fast paced and atmospheric with enough twists to keep me guessing. I really enjoyed it.

This was an interesting book! There are lots of intertwined and parallel storylines, which added a lot to the pacing and overall story. There are lots of side characters but still felt easy to follow. I enjoyed Tori’s character development as well as the relationship with her boyfriend and his son. It did start to drag on for me towards the end, and I think it could have been wrapped up sooner. Overall enjoyable!

I absolutely LOVE this series!!!! I have read all of the books so far and could not wait to go back to Tori and Braddock's world. Naturally, as with all talented authors you could read this book as a standalone but I would not advise it as you would be simply missing out. Tori's character development is so enjoyable to follow, I want to meet her!!! As ever, the storyline is action packed with a solid whodunit mystery.
I now have a massive sadness to have to leave their world and genuinely cannot wait to read about them again.
Simply brilliant.

This may be book 4 in the Tori Hunter series but it is just as excellent as the first 3. It can be read as a standalone but I feel it’s better to read in order so you get all the back story. Plenty of twists and turns to keep me reading and a great storyline. I hope we don’t have to wait too long for the book 5. I highly recommend this book and author 100%

Another five star read in this series to feature Tori Hunter. An abduction has the same MO as another case a few years ago. They had a suspect but no solid evidence and had to let him go. Is he back or is it a copycat. A nail biting read, packed to the rafters with tension and suspense and a gripping game of cat and mouse and some high speed police chases. Be prepared for a wild ride. I loved it!!!!
Many thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for the ARC in return for giving an honest review.

This author has quickly found his way up to the top of my list. The detail and layers of the characters are second to none. You genuinely care what happens to them. As a mom stories about missing kids add that element of fear you feel deep down. This was terrifying and intense, so well written that you felt you were there. Just when you think it’s going one way this story zigs then zags. Non stop adrenaline rush! You don’t be able to put this one down. Just when you think the story is winding down you are slammed with a jaw dropping plot twist … but wait there’s more.
5 epic stars

Missing Angel is book 4 in the Agent Tori Hunter series. I have read all previous books as well. It could be read as a stand alone but is much better with the background from the first 3.

What starts as a cute story with a young boy asking a girl to a party at his house, quickly turns into a nightmare when the girl is kidnapped right in front of him.

Agent Hunter has a personal connection to this one. The witness, Quinn is the son of her boyfriend, Will.

Together they are on the case and determined to find out who the kidnapper is and why Izzy was the target.

Another great installment in the series. I love getting the story of Tori and Will's relationship along with the actual cases they are investigating.

Hoping for a book 5.

Thanks to netgalley and Bookouture for the arc.

Missing Angel by Roger Stelljes did not waste any time in getting right to the action and started with a kidnapping. This was such a good and exciting book. It had me hooked from page 1 until the end. This really had me guessing and thinking hard about what would happen and who kidnapped Isabella. I really could not put this book down until I knew how it would all play out. So many great twists and turns. I really enjoyed the characters and their relationships.

I would recommend this book, this series, and this author. The author crafted a great story with real-life scenes. I liked the location of the story. Really great book.

Thank you NetGalley for this advanced copy. This is the first book by Roger I have read and I do love kidnapping books! This was a great book. I did feel it got a little long at the end, but the author kept throwing twists and turns in there just when you thought the book was over. I did figure out one of the culprits about half way through (don't want to spoil anything). But definitely didn't see the final bang coming! great ending as well!

A young girl is being abducted in broad daylight with witnesses around. Still, no one knows who the perpetrator is. No one recognizes him. Agent Tori Hunter and her partner Will Braddock are there to investigate. His son was one of the witnesses and that makes both of them more inclined to go the extra mile to solve this awful case.

This is the fourth book in the Agent Tori Hunter series and it's the first one I've read. You don't necessarily need to have read the other books, but still, there are references to previous cases (which are probably the focus in the earlier books). This was one fast read. I was immediately hooked by the writing style this author uses including the description of the characters and the fast paced suspense, making it an indeed unputdownable thriller. Many twists and turns and you had to keep on reading until late at night. Just to find out what happened. I can't wait to read the other books in this series!

Twelve year old Isabella Farner is abducted on her way home from school and Agent Tori Hunter is on the case. Witnesses saw a man throw her into the back of a blue work truck. One of witnesses was Quinn, who happens to be the son of Tori’s boyfriend, Braddock.

The search leads to a man in the area who has been linked to other missing children. Is he behind this? And Isabella’s family seems to be perfect. Do they have something to hide? Will Tory find Isabella before it’s too late?

This is my first book by this author and I really enjoyed it. I haven’t read the other books in the series but I didn’t feel at all lost. I do plan to go back and read them now and look forward to the next book.

Thanks to the author, publisher and NetGalley for the advance copy in exchange for an honest review.

Agent Tori Hunter is back with another case--this time it involved the disappearance of a girl named Isabelle.

The story starts with Isabelle being kidnapped by a masked man in front of her friend Quinn, who happened to be Braddock's son. Agent Tori Hunter along with Braddock sets to investigate the case--to find out that two more children also had gone missing few years ago and one man might be responsible for their disappearances. With time running out, Tori must find Isabelle before it's too late.

This was such a page turner!!! From start to finish, I was literally engrossed into the story, feeling like I was also a part of the story. The part where Isabelle was getting kidnapped was the starting point of the story and where the reader was actually made to dwell into the story. There were some twists and turns, some of them surprising and it was a fast paced thriller with me wanting to know, what is going to happen next. Will it be too late for Tori to save Isabelle? Is some sort of ring going on in the town? The ending left me...speechless! It was completely unexpected ending! Tori would forever be one of my favorite detectives as she is the eiptome of a courageous woman!

Overall, if you are looking for a police procedural, which is fast paced, twisty and unputdownable, then this book is one for you--worth five stars!

Absolutely FANTASTIC!

This series is a favorite of mine. I love the dynamic of Hunter & Braddock. This book was fast paced, lightening fast speed. Great twisty plot with so many layers.

This author has a way of sucking you in and never letting go. And long after you finish you are yearning to read more.
