I received an arc of this title from NetGalley for an honest review. I love this wordless picture book about a literal line in the sand and the characters trying to figure it out. Great book for narrative skills.

The Line in the Sand is a wordless book with cute pictures that leaves the story open for interpretation by young readers. This story would be a great way to discuss conflict resolution with young students and allowing them to share what they feel and notice while reading the book.

The different monster characters are quite cute and expressive which allows young readers to be able to gauge the meaning of the story without having explicit words to read. I really love the message that sometimes, lines are allowed to be crossed and sometimes lines don't need to mean anything!

Thank you NetGalley and OwlKids Books for the advanced copy. All opinions are my own.
