Another Enjoyable read.
Going through my TBR list and trying to read as much as I can. Quite pleased that I chose this book as my next read as I really did enjoy it.

Lola is in a disastrous, violent relationship. She needs to get out of it. Can she make a fresh start and get away. Who can she trust.
When no one is as they seem life can get complicated. We are about to hit choppy water to get through this.
This book has it all, Murder, deception, violence, fraud, greed.

It was a very easy to follow read and didn't become over complicated at all. It was nice to have an interesting yet easy flowing read.

Really enjoyed this book. Wouldn't put it in the 'gangland' genre, but enjoyable all the same. An easy read, well written and with authentic characters.

Theft, domestic abuse, murder, greed, corruption.. You name it, this book has it! I do enjoy reads that swap between multiple storylines, makes for an excellent page turner.

The characters were especially believable and some, hugely likeable. I thoroughly enjoyed Rolling the Dice, thought it was very well written and will be keeping my eyes peeled for future releases from Stephanie Harte as usual!

Thank you to NetGalley and Head of Zeus for providing me with this ARC in exchange for an honest review 📖

If you love a gangland thriller don't hesitate to buy this book! There's violence, crime, romance and some unpredictably suspect characters that provide some great twists and turns in the plot.

Stephanie Harte is definitely keeping up with the big hitters of this genre such as Martina Cole and Kimberley Chambers and I'm looking forward to her next book already.

Great book and well written.

This story has two halves that throughout the story come together very cleverly.

Lola who is in an abusive relationship with Troy, and Paul with his friends decide to rob an enormous amount of money from London city airport.
An explosive tale of abuse, fear, thrills, and crime.

I feared for Abbi's life when she was with Troy, will he kill her from all the abuse he's put her through?
Will Paul and his friends work out how to succeed in the robbery?
Would they go through with it? We follow the tension and thrills throughout this book until the gripping end.
Very cleverly written.

Thank you NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review this book. xx

Finn McCaskill gets a job at London City Airport. He handles pallets worth millions. Finn and his cronies decide to rob the airport. Lola's boyfriend Troy has become very possessive with her. He has started hitting her, but he goes too far one night and Lola goes to a women's refuge in London. She gets a job working in a casino where she meets Paul Best, one of the airport robbery gang, and quickly finds herself falling for him. DI Abbie Kingsley is in charge of the investigation.

what a gripping read this is. I never saw some of the twists coming. This is a well written read that's also heartbreaking in places. The characters are well developed and some will even get under your skin. I could not put this book down, i was hooked after I had read a couple of pages. DI Abbie Kingsley wants to quickly catch the perpetrators and prove to her male colleagues that she is just as good, if not better, in her job as they are.

I would like to thank #NetGalley #HeadofZeus and the author #StephanieHarte for my ARC of #RollingThe/dice in exchange for an honest review.

I’d like to thank Head of Zeus, Aries and NetGalley for giving me the opportunity to read ‘Rolling The Dice’ by Stephanie Harte in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

Lola has moved from Sheffield to London to escape an abusive boyfriend who’ll kill her if she doesn’t get away. Paul and his brother Kevin together with friends Finn and Mark spot an opportunity to make themselves some money and make a better life for themselves. DI Abbie Kingsly is looking for clues following the theft of a large sum of money from City of London Airport. Which of them will win succeed?

‘Rolling The Dice’ is narrated by the three main characters each of them with their own history that gradually intermingle as the story progresses. It’s an action-packed gangland thriller that’s kept me reading from page one, through the hard-hitting sequence of events and every twist and turn until I reached the surprising and totally unexpected ending. This is a well-written thriller that’s so exciting I couldn’t stop reading and can definitely recommend.
