This is a cute, informative book with beautiful illustrations.

There is an interesting mix of animals and a great range of facts regarding each animals vocal abilities.

I did find the tone of the book a little at odds with the depth of information being taught. It felt like the author was addressing the reader in an overly simplified manner which my nine year old didn't like.

My children both loved this and gave it all the stars. There was an interesting mix of animals, including one I had never heard of! We paired this with YouTube videos of the noises of the animals to drive home the sounds. The art style was exactly what I gravitate towards in non-fiction picture books. Perfect amount of text to get in interesting facts but not be overwhelming, and I loved the little icons for its enemies or pictures of its prey being included.

This book includes all sorts of animals and insects. I normally wouldn't combine all those types of animals, but I love it so much because kids get to gain knowledge and work compare and contrast through many different creatures. Who Would Win books are big in my classroom and this book goes right along with that type of book. The kids get to make their decision based on all the information. There is more than just information about how loud the animals are also. This treasure trove of knowledge is something I need for my classroom. This non-fiction picture book teaches readers about a variety of different animals and how loud their sounds can be. But that is not all the book teaches, in fact there is quite a bit of information about each animal featured, not just their sounds! Each animal has about three pages dedicated to them, including a large full page picture, and two pages with pictures and small text boxes. The information found on the pages includes: location, size, enemies (mainly predators), social organization, adaptations and other basic information. The font is a bit small and at times a bit challenging to read because of where it is placed and the background colours, but the font is a clean one. The illustrations are really detailed and interesting. Page layout is consistent across the text which will make it easier for younger readers to locate the facts or information they are looking for. I think that this book has tons of great information and would be the perfect non-fiction text to add to my classroom library. I would recommend this book to parents and teachers of children in the age 6-12 range. I think this book would be great for research or general interest. The Loudest is one of nonfiction book from Super Animals series that drawis me in with realistic beautiful illustrations from front cover to back.

Nine loudest animals become spotlight of this book and our children will learn all important information and fact about each of them. I found the contents is very informative but light enough to allow younger kids to absorbs all info with bold colorful pictures. Highly recommend !

What a tremendous resource! I love the illustrations and bite-sized snippets of information that can be learned little bits at a time and compared and contrasted easily! I’m enjoying learning alongside my readers about some really cool animals!

Learn about the 9 Loudest Animals on Earth. The illustrations in this book are so beautiful and are so detailed. There is so much great information and it’s so well organized. My kids loved learning about the different animals around the world. We learned about a couple of animals we had never heard of before and that were quite surprising!

I did not realize this was a series when I first saw this title, so this was the first Super Animals book I read. I was very impressed with the layout and information presented in this book. There were a lot of beautiful illustrations were interesting facts about "the loudest" animals - what makes them loud, how they make their noise, why they make noise, etc. After reading this one, I look forward to reading the other books in the series. This would be an excellent choice for readers that enjoy learning about animals.

Super Animals, The Loudest is a very informative non-fiction book about different animals that make the loudest sound. This book covers lions, roosters, shrimp, and more. Each section on the different animal is quite informative and packed full of various facts.

This book would be a fun resource to have in the classroom, especially when learning about animals and their characteristics. Young children would also love to explore this book just for fun as there's a lot of information to absorb and great pictures to explore.

Super Animals. The Loudest is going to be your child's new favorite book. Reina Ollivier and Karel Claes have created a book full of interesting facts about the loudest animals, as the title indicated but it is so much more. It includes the animals with their classifications, written in first-person so it makes it that much fun for kids, lists what they eat, their habitat, enemies, a short biography on how they live, and of course how loud they are A great book to learn about animals, mainly because it uses the correct terms and it's appropriate to make a short animal study on each animal in the book.

My children just were not interested in this book although as a mom I quite liked it and thought it was fun and educational

I love children’s books that educate as well as entertain. This would be a great book to take one animal at a time and supplement it with a craft and other fun activities. Loved this book!

This is a fun, educational children’s book about many animals and insects that make loud sounds, some of which louder than a gunshot! Interesting for all ages, it includes really pretty artwork and tons of facts such as their predators, prey, size, class, and more. While it is very short, I enjoyed this a lot and would definitely buy this for my nephew and nieces.

I love books like this one: full of beautiful and colorful illustrations, succinct and fascinating facts side by side with more illustrations but close up, and interesting diagrams. For Super Animals : the Loudest, you can make the appropriate animal noises with a young child while reading together.

Who wouldn't want to learn about the loudest animals, and this book is filled with great information about just how loud they are as well as loads of other information from how big their families are to what they eat, to how fast they are. The illustrations are beautiful and the narrative is informative, interesting, and easy to read. I look forward to recommending this title to kids and their parents.
