I absolutely love this Book Club Kit and think they are an amazing idea.

I particularly loved the bookmarks and recipe - they were a lovely edition.

I also really enjoyed the interview with the publisher, it was a great insight into the industry.

If you have never started a book club and needed guidance on what questions to ask or where to stir the topic, look no further.. This book club kit had great discussion questions which helps reader further explore the novel and characters, and photos.

Such a great guide to a great book! Highly recommend anyone who is interested in or already in an existing book clue to look into this!

As a book club, we read the book and used this Book Club Kit.

As a group, we loved the recipe that was included! We thought that was a great touch. We've been adding drinks and drink glitter and other fun things to our reading group so a recipe was perfect. We all absolutely loved the printable book marks, I forwarded both things out to the group.

We did stumble on the questions, though. As a group, the thought the discussion questions were too wordy and with too many questions for each point. I find that quick oneliners give the readers the opportunity to share their POV and leads to more discussion.

We did love the kit! As the group leader, I appreciated all the fun details. And it was nice to have a set of questions to ask instead of me having to come up with them.

This book club kit was helpful! The publisher interview was a nice little peak into how a publisher looks at books and the author, and everyone thought the bookmarks were cute. A few of my book club buddies went on to read the suggested books to read next and had some positive things to say about that. We really enjoyed the questions, though, which is of course the most important part of the kit! Great discussions had by all.

I love love love love love this kit. The scope of material that given in this kit is so impressive! On top of that there are handouts to give to participants as well as suggested titles that are similar to the book. All of Rooney's book make great book group discussions, but there is also a lot of break down considering how a lot of the themes in address global issues. This could act as a sort of base or basic guideline for librarians who don't know where to begin with a book like that. This cuts at least half the work away from running a book group!
