Thanks to Netgalley and Sounds True for the ARC of this!

I’d never heard of this series, so I grabbed the first one from the library for before this. My kids are very anti-breathing exercise, but it’s something I really want to add to our calm down and relax toolboxes. They were still pretty resistant to the suggestions in these books, but did try a few (especially ones that involved silly body movements or sounds, such a Quake Breath and Jurassic Breath). I really liked the variety of breaths suggested and the art style.

AlphaBreaths Too is a really cool book that helps children learn how to breathe more mindfully. I really loved all the different visualization examples using each letter. The illustrations were fun and depicted what the child could visualize.
