The Enlightenment Project is a biographical account of one man's journey to discover enlightenment and learn about himself on the way. It is not a book suited to everyone as it is quite in depth from a male perspective and not many will be able to take that kind of time out of their lives so will not identify with it. I found it difficult to get into or relate to as there was just too much padding in parts. It is a book best suited to men on a similar journey. The writing style is easy and there will be lots of people out there who will enjoy it. It just wasn't for me.
