This is what I would think is an accurate description of life in a motorcycle club. Women are property and the compound screamed cult to me.

This was a miss for me. The plot jumped and the story lacked substance.

I received an arc of this book via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

I thought this MC romance was ok. I did feel that the romance between the characters was a little forced. But all in all the book was good

I really loved Forger and Lila's story. It really captivated me from the beginning. I only am giving it 3 stars because there were moments in the book that I was brought out of the story for a line or a scene that just felt off in the moment. However, I do intend to continue reading the rest of these books.

Also, for some reason I can't find it on Goodreads to leave a review?

I found the book very consuming, the characterization, the plot, the world building, it all hits just right! The twists and turns are set up so well but aren’t made obvious until after the fact. The hero and heroine have wonderful chemistry and they are each extremely likable alone and together.

This was my first read from this author and I enjoyed it.

If you like your MC stories with Insta love and completely over the top, jealous heroes then this one’s for you. I enjoyed the idea of the MC Club but felt the story ended a little abruptly. I will look for more books for side characters that grabbed my attention.

As I have said before, I love the MC genre and everything in these dark, gritty books. I was excited to read Forger and Lina's story, but this one didn't work for me. I felt like the story fell flat and lacked substance.

I will still read this author and books in this series.

Forger's Angel is book #7 in the Devil's Son MC series and is actually the first book I have read by this author. Even though this book starts off continuing on from previous books, I was able to catch on pretty quickly.

To say Forger and Lila's story was insta-love is a bit of an understatement. Forger and his MC brothers are ordered to pick up and bring Lila back to the compound to protect her from a rival MC. The relationship between these two moves pretty quickly. As soon as Forger laid his eyes on Lila, he already claimed her as his woman. With danger quickly escalating around her, Lila immediately felt safe with Forger. Forger seemed a bit high-handed, but Lila did not put up too much of a fight moving into the Devil’s Son compound and becoming Forger’s woman. She was quickly accepted by the other old ladies of the MC. But miscommunication causes a rift and Lila was ready to pack up and leave. Forger knew he needed to snap out of it if he wanted to keep Lila in his life.

Overall, this book was a pretty enjoyable book. There were quite a few times I caught myself rolling my eyes while reading Lila and Forger’s story, but in the end, there was a happily ever after so it was a good way to pass the time.

Thank you to Netgalley and Evernight Publishing for the complimentary copy of Forger’s Angel. All opinions are my own.

Thank you NetGalley for the eARC. Apparently I have been living under a rock because I have never heard of this MC book series but holy crap it's awesome! There is enough story line and sex scenes to keep me glued to the page! I did go back and read a synopsis of each previous book but I do need to go read them all. I totally rooted for this could and I have a feeling I will do so for each couple! A must read!

This was a quick fast=paced read which focused on Forger, a member of a motorcycle club, and Lina, a woman he meets one night when he goes to pick her up and bring her back to the clubhouse to protect her and ends up falling hard and fast. This was my first book by this author and unfortunately it fell short for me. Although I am not a fan of insta-love/lust, I can get behind it in some situations based on the story line and writing. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough story/plot/chemistry to make that happen here as everthing felt very forced and unnatural. I also feel like there needed to be more development with the story line.

Thank you to Netgalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read an advanced copy of this book. All opinions expressed are my own.

ARC copy provided by NetGalley for an honest review. Hold on to your hats with this fast-paced romance. Pretty smutty but lots of alpha. I would have enjoyed more of a story build-up. Parts were lacking but I still give it a solid 3.5/5.

A quick read and unfortunately a bit cringey. The dialogue didn't feel natural and the main characters lacked depth to their personality. The main relationship in the book was toxic. It was rushed and yet there was almost no plot. Will not be reading again.

I think if you are reading this book then you have probably read all the preceding books so you know the writers style and appreciate that this is the type of MC book that focuses on the more Neanderthal attributes that some MC series are built on.

If you are looking for skittish, weak heroines who allow them selves to be ruled by their uncivilised immature throw back to the 60’s men then this is absolutely the series for you and I assume this book fits right in there.

Not a particularly full storyline, lots of it goes on in the background or is referred to and the book focuses on the H and h discussing/arguing these events. I think there must be an underlying storyline as it seemed to pick up mid some event and ended on a strange not so not a stand-alone book really.
