This was a nice read, kind of like a reminder of concepts I already read about in different self help books. I hoped I could stumble upon something new in here but that rarely happens once you read a couple of books in this genre. Moreover, it’s always nice to have reminders, every now and then, since we tend to forget things we don’t practice.

I guess this could be considered self help, but it's quite good. This won't appeal to everyone (particularly with self help, the same info presented by different authors can have totally different audiences), but I found it to be very effectively and thoughtfully written. There's a heck of a lot truth here, and I hope this finds a wide audience. Recommended.

I really appreciate the free review copy for review!!

I really enjoyed this book, the way it blended physiology and spiritual practice. This works for me as a person who isn't religious, so don't let the word spirituality turn you off. It's the kind of benefits one receives from acts of meditation, self reflection and analysis of what drives us all.

A very interesting read. I look forward to rereading this book and reflecting even more on the content.

A superb mix of psychology and spirituality, which I really took to heart, thank you so much to netgalley and the publishers for giving me a copy of the book. Highly recommended.
