A lot of this was pretty basic...I leafed through it instead of reading every page, at a certain point. I think it could be useful for someone who wanted to know more about how to have better conversations with people they disagree with. It's so important right now to not let ourselves be divided by things, especially when the media seems intent on dividing us. I don't regret reading this, it's always nice to be reminded of these strategies to use, and I did learn a few things. But for the most part, this is my bad for picking up a book I already had read a fair amount on. I would recommend this for people with less exposure to this topic.
