Obviously I procrastinated completing a review for this book and I apologize for the harsh rating, but I will not be posting this review on goodreads...thank you for the effort and the few original tidbits of advice!

In Procrastination, Sirois takes you on a deep exploration of the psychological processes that lead to procrastination and effective ways to manage it. If you want to understand and address the causes of your procrastination, this is the book for you. I appreciated the worksheet-like exercises included so readers can develop a deeper understanding of the extent to which procrastination has become habit-forming for them.

Thank you to APA and NetGalley for the ARC in exchange for my honest review.

Do you procrastinate? Are you procrastinating right now because you really should be doing something else and keep putting it off? Procrastinate is the book for you! It's a deep exploration of procrastinating explaining why people do it and scientific ways to avoid it. There are even worksheets included to find a deeper understanding in your own procrastination. The author is clearly well-researched and knowledgable on the topic. Highly recommended!
