I thanked for an advance reader copy of this book to read in exchange for an honest review via Netgalley and the publishers.

This book is fantastic treasure!
Although this is suppose about how to teach kids about basic cooking and do this life skill alongside with them, I found this book is useful as well for my self and other beginner in cooking journey.
Being grow up not meaning you already good at cooking right?

The preparation explanation is written in simple and easy to understand. It will help readers to learn right tools and measurement. And the recipes.. oh my it is mouthwatering. I saw all of it written in simple step by step with inspiring illustrations. I found this one is very good and encouraging. Would love to recommend it to friends and trying some or all recipes by my self.

What a fantastic book to use with / alongside children to teach them how to cook a range of simple, yet tasty, meals in the kitchen. It has very clear, simple and child-friendly instructions to help guide the child step by step through each dish. This treasure of a book will help build a child’s confidence in the kitchen, giving them a love forum early on. I love how there’s a big photo of every single recipe dish in the book. I think this is so important, as children need to know what they’re aiming for. I also love the wide variety of family favourite dishes in here - there’s definitely something for everyone. It covers everything, from drinks and sides, to mains and desserts. Fabulous cook book!

Thank you to Fox Chapel Publishing and Netgalley for an eARC of this book to read and review.

I have been gifted a copy of this book in exchange for a unbiased review:

This book was a very quick, easy read. The real fun is now going back with kids to actually make these meals. I will return many times.
Many of these recipes contain added sugar so if thats a concern double check ingredients. There are still plenty of delicious foods to be made sans sugar.
++++ 4 stars for a nice book.

Great book! This cookbook is easy to navigate, with important basics in the front before the recipes kick off. All of the recipe pages are colorful and easy to read. The recipes are the ideal combination easy for kids to make and attractive to kids (mine at least) to eat. And being excited to eat something is sure going to make them more likely to want to help make it! I like the ideas in here - basic kid friendly stuff, nothing too fancy to scare them away, but also elevated a notch to be an actual meal. I definitely think this is a great cookbook for my kids and I to use together, and I think we will go back to it often.
