Yet again I couldn't put down a Serena Bell book. She's quickly becoming a favorite must buy author! I absolutely loved this Wilder adventure. Kane is absolutely adorable and sweet and.. spicy. I wasn't sure I'd love a pregnancy trope but this really worked for me! The close knit family vibes are so heart warming especially in this one. I cant wait for book 5!

Thank you netgalley for this book in exchange for an honest review.

4.5/5

Deciding to start a book and read a few chapters before heading to the gym has worked out for me so I’m not entirely sure why I fall for that trap every time but long story short, I sat there for hours and finished the book in one sitting.

I absolutely adored this book. Had no idea this book was the fourth one of the “Wilder Adventures” series but I’d say these can also be read as standalone books. It’s funny because pregnancy tropes tend to steer me away from books but this one stood out to me. Not sure why but nevertheless, I’m glad I got the opportunity to read it. It was cute, light-hearted, dual POV, and fact-paced which I appreciated a lot.

The way that Mari and Kane interact, the way Kane communicates with her through her decisions, gosh I loved it so much. And then you’ve got the big Wilder family that comes along and welcomes Mari with open arms that just melted my heart.

One thing that I typically find to be “meh” about books are pop culture references but they were incorporated in here really well! I was surprised at the lack of “icks” regarding those references, and it was pretty much at that point where I knew I’d really enjoy reading this.

Now that I’ve read about Kane, I will 100% be checking out the stories of the Wilder brothers before this book :)

Thank you to NetGalley for the e-arc!

Kane and Mari meet one night in Las Vegas, but it does not stay there....and results in a baby. How Kane and Mari reconnect and move along the road to happiness is a very entertaining trip. I will be buying the previous books.

Cinnamon roll hero, suprise baby, small town romance trope. It was a sweet, easy read with endearing characters. Even though it's part of a series it's easy to follow along with the side characters and makes me interested in the others' stories too. It was an entertaining romance.

This is a perfect, cute, not angsty book. I picked it up from the cute cover and the blurb that really interested me.

It is a small-town romance and you don't have to read the other books before reading this one.

This story follows Kane as he cannot get out of his head the woman he had a one night stand in Vegas with. They reconnect as Marigold (or Mari) gets to his small town for a job opportunity to redecorate six trailers. At the start of the story, Marigold (or Mari) is seven months pregnant and unsure of what do to because of her past with her family, but as time flows, she considers all of her options and, finally at the end, she chooses the best one.

The main characters expand their relationship throughout the book, starting from somewhat strangers to lovers. It is not really a bumpy road (pun intended?) but the story is beautifully written and no detail is left out, no matter the size.

I totally recommend this book for relaxation purposes after a rough, emotional book 😂. It really calms you down.

It includes mature content *wink wink*.

Tropes: pregnancy, one bed.

Serena Bell has done it again. I couldn't get over Wilder brothers, they are wow!

This story is of Kane, he is your next door guy ready to help, always the peacemaker, one with solutions, thinking about others. One night he tries to be someone else, a night that is permanently fixed in his mind, one that he can't forget, one night in Vegas which results into him getting a woman pregnant one he can't find after that night.

Mari is someone who likes to be on road. She is smart, great, amazing though she has self doubts about her past. A night in Vegas gets her pregnant and how much ever she tries she can't locate the guy she had one night stand with. They don't even know each other's name.

Few months down the line they cross paths and oh my watching them together was beautiful. Their undeniable chemistry and all the hotness was beautifully written.

Serena Bell gives us beautiful descriptions and I loved the ones of photography so much. The characters and entire Wilder family is chef's kiss. Kane is a dream. The banter, love, friendship and family in this one will warm your heart. And now I can't wait for Easton's story.

If you like pregnancy trope (this one is done amazingly), next door guy trope please go ahead with this one. I highly recommend this.

This was such a cute, one night stand, surprise baby romance! I loved it.
After a one night stand in Las Vegas, Kane Wilder returns home with a smile on his face and memories of an unforgettable woman that he'll never see again. Except, seven months later, Mari, interior designer and said unforgettable woman arrives on the Wilder's doorstep to redo some airstream trailers and she's carrying something extra with her: a very pregnant belly.. Forced into close proximity, can these two make a go of it or will they crash before they really get off the ground.

This is a light, easy, low angst small town romance. The Wilder family are so sweet and fun. I love small town romance where the family feels real and bounces off the page and the Wilders deliver! You really get to see Mari and Kane forming a friendship and then forming a romance. It really made it feel less rushed all things considered. It was paced perfectly! Kane is very much golden retriever energy. He's sweet, understanding, and kind. Mari isn't used to having roots so she's a little hesitant to really trust Kane. Never fear, reader. Kane is sweet and determined to prove that Mari has a place with the rest of the Wilder clan. It's very much wandering spirit meets sturdy golden retriever and I ate it up. This is such a sweet romance, and I'm so glad I received an ARC for it!

Huge thanks to Netgalley and the publisher for an ARC. All thoughts and opinions are my own!

This book was so much fun! It’s a small town romance story with lots of fun scenes. It’s an easy, adorable book that you can read in a day. I enjoyed the family dynamics and the accidental pregnancy trope. I’ve never read one like this before, so for me this was fun and binge worthy. The book held my interest the entire time. Thank you for the ARC, this was a good one that I will recommend to friends.

Here is the thing about Serena Bell books: even when it’s not the best book ever, you’re going to love the characters and the tertiary characters and she is so good at showing rapport. Mari got pregnant by a one-night stand in Vegas. Seven months later, contemplating putting the baby up for adoption but unable to make herself do anything about it, she takes a job designing Airstreams for the Wilders. She re-meets Kane. Sparks fly. The big tension: does Mari want to raise the baby? Does she want to put down roots? What role does Kane want in his family? Because he took the peacemaker role by default and it isn’t really working anymore.
If you like the Wilders, this is a good entry. And if it’s your first Wilder book, you’ll still be able to follow along.

I received an arc from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

I didn’t realise that this was part of a series but it was a cute rom com. Mari and Kane were together for one night in Vegas and months later they bump into each other when she’s contracted to work for his family and she’s very pregnant and the baby is his.

I liked the small town vibe and the family but I think it would’ve been better if i’d read the other books in the series first, it doesn’t really work that well as a standalone in my opinion.

A little Wilder (Wilder Adventures #4)
By: Serena Bell

Can they be happy together?

In one of the sweetest love stories I’ve read in a very long time we get Kane and Mari. He stepped out of his comfort zone and she let herself have a night for just her. Because what happens in Las Vegas stays there correct? Yep, not so much. Thrown together by a need for her skills redoing older airstreams she end up being thrown together with the man she only hoped she’s see again.

The author writing is flawless, and the words are so captivating, the plot had so many twists and turns and none that I was expecting, and many shockingly intimate I have become a huge fan of this author. The author writes with so much intensity and emotion pulled from each book it’s felt page after page. Some are quick witted story lines are so perfect and lets you believe you have a front row seat. So being able to read this love story didn’t disappoint. The authors ability to have two separate individuals struggling in their everyday life and try to navigate someone else’s thoughts, needs and desires was intense and gives all the fills.

Authors Blurb: I’m Kane. Don’t get me wrong. It’s not a bad job. But usually, I’m not the one people are talking about.

That’s about to change. Because the woman I had a smoking hot one-night stand with in Vegas? The one I should have stayed far, far away from, since women like her are my kryptonite?
She’s the same woman my brother just hired to redesign his fancy new glamping RVs.

I haven’t seen her since Vegas, but the instant I lay eyes on her, I can tell my quiet role as the boy-next-door brother is about to change.
She’s pregnant.
And it’s mine.

This book has everything I love in a book. Then you add that it's beautifully written and believable. It is easily a five star read. Written in dual POV my personal favorite this story flows so incredibly well that the next thing you know your 80% into the book and loving every second of it. The believable way the characters interact is perfect. Run, Hop, Jump or use your (1 click) finger to do whatever you have to do and get this amazing book. It'll break your heart, you'll want to scream with frustration and it'll let you discover that love just might conquer all. The chemistry is steamy and sweet and oh so romantic.

Thanks Netgally for letting me read and review.📚💕

Welp, this book was adorable. Pregnancy trope isn't usually my scene but this book was about so much more than the consequences of a steamy one-night stand for Mari and Kane. It was beautiful to watch them both realize they didn't need to give up the happiest parts of themselves to be together.

This was book four in the series and I loved the other members of the Wilder family so much I'll definitely be going back to read the others, but didn't feel like I was missing anything by reading out of order. Just wholesome, genuine, and fun to read.

I’m not gonna lie I’m a sucker for a pregnancy trope. It gets me every time when the main male character sees the showing pregnant female main character. Obviously there are some books that do this trope better than others. When it’s bad it’s very bad but when it’s good it’s very good. And A Little Wilder sis it very well! I haven’t read any of the previous Wilder series but I thought A Little Wilder was adorable. After reading Marigold and Kane’s story, I went back and downloaded all the earlier books in the series. If you were looking for something light and sweet this is the book for you!

a little wilder was so amazing and exceeded my expectations. I know everyone hates on the pregnancy trope but this was so well done! The characters had amazing chemistry I could feel it outside of the book! If I wasn't already married I'd go find myself a man like Kane.
The family wilder family dynamic was amazing I'm so happy I read this, and to read more about the others!
10/10 def want to purchase the paperback for my home library

When Marigold Barrymore finds herself pregnant after a wild night in Vegas, with a man she doesn’t know, she’s certain she will have to raise the child alone. She tries to locate the mystery man she met in Vegas, who changed her world, with no luck. She’s a wanderer at heart, so when she accepts she won’t find him she’s certain she knows what she wants to do with the baby, or is she? Especially when the thoughts of the man who quite honestly rocked her world stays in the front of her mind.

Kane Wilder is the boy next door, golden retriever boy. But after that wild night in Vegas with the woman who resembled a fairy, he’s not sure that’s who he really is. He’s finally come to terms with the fact that he won’t see her again. So imagine his surprise when he realizes the woman he’s been dreaming about suddenly stands before him.

When Mari gets a call to assist the Wilder family’s business, she had no idea she would run into the man she’s been longing for. How will she talk to him, will he understand, how will he react? To her surprise, Kane is the most understanding and respectful man. When it’s revealed he wants to try and convince her that they could raise the baby together, she’s uncertain. In the span of three weeks, Kane works hard to prove that this is something they can handle together, and to make her see that staying in Rush Creek, with him, could be the beginning of a dream life. And we know Wilder Brothers don’t give up when there is something they want.

My oh my, where can I find a man like Kane? The love and dynamic between Kane and Mari is something I really loved reading about. They truly accepted and wanted the best for each other, no matter what. Mari helped Kane see that his photography could be more than just a hobby, and something he could make a living from. And that his family would support him chasing his dreams. Kane helped Mari realize she’s not like her mother, and that there’s nothing wrong with settling down and staying at one place. Just because her mother couldn’t, doesn’t mean she is doomed the same fate.

I just want a man that loves me the way Kane loves Mari. A man who looks at me with so much adoration in his eyes. He truly is a dream.

This is the fourth book in the Wilder Adventures series. If you haven’t read the other I highly recommend you do. This was yet another amazing book by Serena Bell.

Sadly, this was a DNF for me. Though the main characters were enjoyable, the book just ended up feeling a bit too juvenile for me. By the point in the book I would have imagined feeling fully immersed in the story, I was still waiting to love it, leading to my decision to put it down.

I have not read any of the previous books in the series. Mari is a free spirit, she travels constantly and is known as somewhat of an interior designer. She's also pregnant after a one night stand that took place 7-8 months ago. Kade Wilder's life is busy. His family runs an outdoor adventure company. His older brother calls him into the office urgently one day and Kade discovers a woman he hooked up with months ago, only now she's pregnant.
The characters were likeable and the supporting characters were fun and entertaining as well. The storyline kept me interested and held my attention. I enjoyed this one.

I probably would have rated this book higher if I hadn't read a book with the same plot just before that I absolutely loved.

The story was okay but there was nothing that stood out. The characters were uninteresting and I wasn't invested in their story.

3.25 ⭐️

This was a super cute quick wholesome read! I just love an accidental pregnancy trope so I had to pick this book up purely for that alone, and of course I devoured this in pretty much one sitting.

I really enjoyed the writing style, it was quick paced and easy to read with lots of fun moments, pop culture references and all the small town shenanigans.

Both Kane & Marigold where fantastic characters, they were both super soft and sweet together and had really good chemistry. I loved that there was minimal conflict between them and they easily solved problems by communicating with each other and making sure they were both on the same page eventually. It was nice to see them both supporting each others passions and how much Marigold encouraged Kane to pursue more of his dreams and become overall his own person.

Also I adored the whole Wilder family! They are bunch of crazies but man they were a lot of fun to read, I loved all the scenes they were in and how supportive they were towards Mari and really made her feel like she was apart of the family.

If you are looking for an easy, cute romance read then this is the book for you!
