A book that makes you think, it’s a rare creature and one that is very welcome on my shelf, so pleased I made the effort to read

Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for letting me review this book. This was an interesting read and puts a new take on how we encounter others. We all have different life experiences and handle life in our own way. It makes you stop and think about why people react the way they do and how you can better react to the other person.

This book changed my entire way of thinking and interacting with others. How often do you find yourself getting frustrated with the choices and behaviors of others? If you’re like me it was a lot - until I read this and it helped me reframe my way of thinking. So grateful to have read this! Thank you NetGalley for the early opportunity to do so!

*I received a copy of this book for an honest review*

This book is about understanding the reason for why things happen in your life. The author suggests instead of judging the other person you look within yourself to ask “why am I reacting like this”. Throughout the book we review considerations and how to look at situations differently. The author goes into how to reflect and take action on yourself instead of the other people involved.

This book really wants you to take the examples reviewed in the book and apply them into your everyday life. Something I did not enjoy during the book is when the author kept referring to his other books numerous times during this book.

A quote I loved was “how you feel at the end of the day is relative to how aware you are of your own thoughts and actions during the day”. I fully believe this is true

This is an interesting book about learning how to deal with others both in the workplace and in personal life. The Considerations show people how to slow down and react to situations in a more appropriate manner. I think this book is going to be helpful for a wide audience.
