This book has one of my FAV tropes - who doesn’t love a brother’s best friend story??

When I started reading this book, I was a bit confused by all the characters, unsure which the main ones were - then I realized it’s a 2nd book in a series! I’ll be going back to read the first (When it Falls Apart) now.

Chloe is the youngest in the D’Angelo family, with 2 (super protective) older brothers, Luca & Gio, and a traditional Italian Catholic mother. Her brother’s best friend, Dante Mancuso, is OFF LIMITS to Chloe (even though she’s had a major crush on him since childhood), as is Chloe to him.
After a drunken wedding in Vegas, how could they continue to follow that rule?

I enjoyed reading about their love story, and also the beautiful places they visited (Italy & Bali). I’m glad both Chloe & Dante continued to pursue their dreams, outside of their relationship. The true love story in this book is family, how both are within themselves, and how they come together.

Thank you NetGalley and Montlake (Amazon Publishing) for sending this ARC book for review consideration. All opinions are my own!

Be Your Everything. Reading the book blurb one thinks this might be a typical get married on a whim in Vegas story, but in author Bybee’s hands there is so much more for the reader to uncover. Yes, Dante broke the bro code by coveting his friends’ sister and yes, Chloe has trust issues, but before any of their problems can be resolved they have to make it through the wedding of Luca and Brooke. (See When It Falls Apart for that courtship.) Uncoupling from a secret marriage isn’t easy especially for a woman desperately needing to explore a life separate from her family. Dante has his own family issues and he now mostly lives in Italy. The journey to resolution is wonderfully entertaining and full of insight…with a very unexpected story thread. I voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book from NetGalley. Most highly recommend.

Who doesn't love a secret drunk oopsie wedding in Vegas trope and add in one big Italian family dynamics.
I Ioved the first book in the The D'Angelos series. The second book continues from there and we get to see Luca and Brooke's bachelor/bachelorette party that happens in Vegas.
This series is so wholesome, we get to see equal amount of romance and drama and I loved every moment of it. I don't want to spoil the book so won't say much but Chloe and Dante were really great ❤️

Be Your Everything by Catherine Bybee is book two in The D'Angelos Series.
I truly enjoyed book one When It Falls Apart so I jumped at the opportunity to read book two.
And story with strong family relationships, and a sweet romance to boot I was hooked!
Dante and Chloe are freaking amazing characters I instantly clicked and fell hard for them both.
The author takes you on a special journey and I was honestly so sad to see it end so soon!
A nice contemporary romance at it's finest, Bybee did an excellent job and I loved evereything about this book.
I love this Catholic family and can’t wait to read the next book.

I've long been a fan of Catherine Bybee, reading everything she writes with pleasure. This author tells a damn good story.
Set in little Italy San Diego, back at the family restaurant. Lucas and Brooke are getting married so the wedding party heads to Las Vegas for the bachelor/bachelorette parties. Not everything that happens in Vegas stays there. The ladies hit a couple of strip clubs and boy is that entertaining.
Chloe and Dante make wonderful main characters, I really enjoyed them both. I could feel the love between them. I loved the family scenes, I loved the travel especially Positano and Bali. I loved the story. There were a few good laughs and some truly scary moments all leading to a beautiful happy ever after.
