Chloe has accidentally married her brother’s best friend Dante in Las Vegas while they were celebrating her other brother’s bachelor’s and bachelorette’s. They are keeping their wedding a secret since Chloe has always been off-limits to Dante, even though she has always been attracted to him. They both know they risk Dante’s lifelong relationship with her brothers and agree to seek an annulment. Chloe and Dante scramble to make sense of their feelings, making their way through doubt, but things start to get complicated as her brothers figure out bits of information and feel compelled to take action to protect her. This book takes us through the couple’s journey to stand up for what they want while navigating the strong, loving, but at times suffocating family dynamics, and making room for each other to follow their aspirations.

The second book in The D’Angelo’s series is an entertaining romance and a light read. I enjoyed most of the family dynamics, the friendships, and Chloe’s and her best friend’s hilarious comments. The story moves quickly, but I was hoping for a little more tension and complexity. I also struggled to connect with the characters. However, if you are looking for a romance full of Italian family dynamics, friendship and loyalty themes, a bit of spice, this book might be for you.

Thanks to NetGalley and Montlake for providing me with a free digital copy to review this book prior to its release.

Loved this book!! It is part 2 in a series. To best understand the characters, reading part 1 is ideal. Chloe and Dante's relationship was destined to happen. Their crazy wedding in Vegas was an unlikely start to something completely awesome. I loved that we got to experience Luca and Brookes wedding, and get to know a little more about Gio. The only thing I didn't like was the ending, it felt very abrupt, but the epilogue made up for it. I am assuming there will be a part 3!

Thank you NetGalley for this ARC.

I really enjoyed the second book in the D’Angelo series. Chloe has been in love with Dante since she was a young girl but the only problem is that he is her brother's best friend, making this relationship off limits for both of them. When they go to Vegas for her older brother’s and his fiancée’s bachelor/bachelorette party, Chloe wakes up the next morn with a ring on her finger, even if it is turning her finger green, realizing she and Dante have gotten married. There the fun begins as they both try to keep this a secret from their families and try to figure out what to do next, divorce, annulment, or face the music and let their families know they really love each other. Highly recommend that you read these books in order as they both are fantastic. I can’t wait for the next book in the series.

I couldn’t wait to dive into this story. I love this family with their close ties and support for one another. The ups and downs and the rallies. This story is sweet and spicy - I adore Dante and Chloe. The twist and suspenseful drama make this eve better and I couldn’t put it down. It’s a must read.

I enjoyed this book but it did take me some time to get into it and appreciate the characters and story. It was full of twists and turns but good old romance won out in the end as expected. Fun reading how the characters got there.

Be Your Everything was the first book I read from Catherine Bybee. This book is the second book in The D'Angelos series, I haven't read the first book yet, but I still enjoyed this book.

This book tells the story of Chloe D'Angelo and Dante Mancuso, they were childhood friends. Chloe was off-limits, because she is Dante's best friend's sister. I really like the family dynamic in this book. We'll see how Dante convinces Chloe that they are meant for each other. There are a few plot twists near the end of the book, Be Your Everything is a fun book to read.

Thank you to NetGalley and Montlake for sharing this ARC with me in exchange for an honest review.

What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. Or does it? In this second book of the D'Angelo series, the characters all start off in Vegas for the bachelor and bachelorette parties of Luca and Brooke, the couple from the first book. Chloe has had a crush on Dante most of her life, but she doesn't think he even sees her as anything other than his best friends' little sister. Dante, on the other hand, tries to avoid her simply because she's considered off-limits but that is not at all what he wants! But when both characters get a little too drunk while in Vegas there are bound to be some consequences. This was a fun addition to the series. Although I will admit it took me a little while to warm up to Chloe because of the way she kept avoiding the "situation" and Dante. Definitely looking forward to what is in store next for Gio, the last single member of the D'Angelo family.

I received an ARC of, Be Your Everything by Catherine Bybee. Chloe and Dante can not be a match, they are complete opposites, and he is her brothers friend. What happens in Vegas does not always stay their. A good read.

Be Your Everything is the second book in Catherine Bybee"s D'Angelo Family series. When I read the first book in the series, When It Falls Apart, I could not begin to imagine how the second book could be as engaging. I love the D'Angelo Family. Chloe and Dante are an unusual but fascinating couple. I love that we are reunited with the rest of the D'Angelo clan! I have been a long time fan of Ms. Bybee's novels and find that the storylines keep the reader involved and the characters are multi-dimensional. I must add that I read this book during a difficult time in my family and the book kept my interest. A special thanks to the author for a diversion while my husband was having surgery and then recuperating! I am so looking forward the the next book in the series! Thank you to NetGalley for the ARC!

There's a lot I like about "Be Your Everything", from the premise of the younger sister finally seen by her long time crush (her brother's best friend), to the big overbearing family and the sweet considerate male lead, this story is right up my alley. Where it lost me a bit is how far everything is taken; Chloe goes so far in her reaction to avoiding Dante after drunkenly (but not so drunkenly) marrying Dante in Las Vegas, that she doesn't seem like a grown woman with responsibilities. Who has such a carefree life that they can just go to Bali indefinitely just to avoid someone they supposedly love? She takes her avoidance so far, that by the middle of the middle I wasn't believing her chemistry with Dante anymore. I liked Dante more than Chloe, but he goes too far in the other direction: he's trying so hard to be respectful (of her? her brothers?) that he just becomes a bit of an inert character. I like Bybee's writing style, but this story was not my favorite.

Thank you NetGalley, Montlake and Catherine Bybee for letting me read “Be Your Everything” in exchange for an honest review.

I am usually not a romance reader, but this sounded cute and interesting, just what I was wishing for at the moment I requested the book.

I am glad I read it. It’s actually not as cheesy at all as I expected it to be. The story is intriguing and the characters are lively. Yeah there is the usual back and forth and doubt, but the timing was perfect and I truly enjoyed this read!

This is the second part of the D’Angelo books. I have not read the first one, but it’s quite apparent, that we meet familiar faces. Here we have the forbidden sister of the best friends story line. It’s not my favourite, as I never understood it. Who could be better than your best friend? Friendships get destroyed for pettier reasons. Anyway.

In the beginning we have the bachelorette and bachelor party of Brooke and Luca from book one. Friends and family go to Vegas to let loose. The next morning, our heroine Chloe wakes up and figured out, that she is married to Dante. She always had a crush on Dante for as long as her “ovaries dropped eggs” (loved that line). Dante was never in reach because he is the best friend of her (lovingly) overprotective Italian brothers.

They do not tell anyone about “the mistake”. Dante is in the US for a short while only anyway. For the time being, Chloe escaped to Bali, to a yoga retreat. Dante follows. Will there be a happy end?

I think Dante and Chloe are perfect together, I really got to love them both. I also love that Chloe is a yoga teacher. The side characters are hilarious and lovable.

Its also fairly long (or longer than I expected) and you really get to know the characters. I did not always get their decision making progress, but as I said many times, if it was always logical, we had no book. I might even want to read the first one in the series, the writing was that good!

The spice level -if this is important to you - is very minimal, in my opinion.

I first must say this is my first book by Catherine Bybee. I have so many of her books on my tbr, but finally had the chance to read this one. I had no idea it was part of a series. The second book actually in the series.

Definitely a fun read with the crazy what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. Though not always. A good book with love of family at the forefront. Sunday dinners, working with family, but looking to make it out there on your own too. Definitely a few twist added in which I won't spoil. A little scary there towards the end. Whoa! It's all good though in the end I swear.

I loved this book! It’s an emotional roller coaster - tears, laughter, concern, love. Catherine Bybee does a great job writing a story with many layers as the characters deal with secrets, holding onto old feelings, and trying to move forward. This book is about family, loyalty, trust, friendship, and love. I had a hard time putting it down and I’m excited to get to read Gio’s story next!

This is not my first Bybee Book, and I know I get a well written story when I read one of her books.
I took me quite some time to feel connected to Chloe though. To me Dante stepped out of the pages with a lot more ease, he became a real person straight away. Chloe took some time.
I’m not sure why, she’s a perfectly pleasant person, she just doesn’t seem to know who she is in the beginning. But that might be intentional for all I know.
The story of childhood friends turned lovers has been told many times, but this one comes with a twist and the couple hits their romance from an indirect perspective. I like that it’s not just another retelling. It has drama and complications as well as simplicity in a natural way combined with italian families.
I won’t spoil anything so I leave it at that.

I settled in to read my first chapter around 8 pm, planning to read a little and then make dinner. I’m writing this review at 1 am having read the book cover to cover in five hours with few breaks and only microwave popcorn for dinner. I regret nothing! This book flowed so smoothly, the characters were well rounded.

A drunken Las Vegas wedding at the beginning may have made their love story a little more unique than a typical rom-com however this book does answer the question of “can you date your husband?”.

There didn’t seem to be a spot to set the book down, it was always one more page, or one more chapter until I had consumed the whole book. I feel like I just finished a great rom-com movie and I’m headed to look for all the books from this author!

Loved Dante and Chloe’s story. This 2nd book in the series was even better than the first one. Love the large Italian family and the surprise love story. Thanks NetGalley for the ARC
