I enjoyed this book immensely. It struck to the core as I read, and it genuinely helped me overcome some blocks in my own life. The title really says it all – Mumford meets you where you are in your healing journey. Highly recommended to the customer who is looking for a new book on manifestation or something to uplift a wounded spirit.

This is the first non fiction/self help book that I have read and reviewed on NetGalley and I was very impressed.

This is Emma's third book and she has lots of experiences in all stages . This is for anyone that is wanting a more positive outlook in life. You don't necessarily have to be hurt or healing , you could even just be feeling more triggered and irritable in daily life and want to become calmer and look at your life and goals from another perspective but the book will also help with any past traumas you have had or are still working through.

The book is broken down in different chapters and each part covers areas such as the law of attraction and wherever your energy is this will manifest to reality, inner child work, gratitude routines, chakras, yoga and meditation techniques. Emma discusses loss and grief both big and small and how change can be scary and uncomfortable for some people.

Its also good for if you are feeling stuck in a relationship or career and there is lots of resources and told to progress and does also cover slightly on the topic of mental health and illness.

There are also loads of journaling prompts and activities to work through at the end of each chapter and gets you asking yourself lots of questions you may not of thought about or in much detail before.

I definitely feel a lot more positive and have a clearer direction of where i want to go in my life at this stage and what I need to be doing to get there.

Hurt, Healing, Healed was a fabulous introduction into Emma Mumford's spiritualist work and I think that her guide is really clear. I would recommend this title to anyone who isn't quite sure where to start with practises such as manifestation, or who just wants to explore different techniques to see what might work best for them.

I have since gone on to listen to Mumford's podcast and find that the content is different enough to the book to not put off long-time listeners of the podcast. I really love Mumford's approach and honesty and would be interested in further titles from her based on this one alone.

This is a book about the Law of Attraction and how you can make it work for you. This is Spiritual Queen Emma Mumford's practical guide to identifying and releasing the limiting beliefs, fears and blocks that stop you from manifesting your desires. I found this book very helpful and it will be a resource that I go back to time & time again.

I great read for anyone suffering and needing to rewire their thought process. Split into three stages this book takes you on a journey of being able to heal and move forward. A book for life that you can pick back up when life throws you a stumbling block.

A refreshing voice in the self-help arena, Emma Mumford doesn’t mince her words with her approach to the Law of Attraction.

‘commit to giving no fucks now and allowing yourself to truly receive’

This no nonsense approach makes her writing hugely accessible and even if you are new to the concepts, the exercises listed at the end of each chapter lead you through without difficulty.

I particularly loved that Hurt, Healing, Healed is split into Mind (Hurt), Body (Healing) and Spirit (Healed), so that all facets of ourselves are paid attention to.

Because I was sent an advanced copy for review purposes (thank-you Netgalley and Watkins Publishing) I read Hurt, Healing, Healed from cover to cover but I would recommend taking your time and perhaps concentrate on just one section at a time, that way you can absorb the material while integrating the practices into your daily life. I fully intend to purchase the book once it’s published and do just that. Highly recommended.

I have been following Emma Mumford for awhile on social media, and when she said she had a new book, I knew I wanted to read it.

This book was so helpful to me, and I know I will be referring back to it in future situations. She has obviously done the work herself, and guides in a way that is personable and helpful. I was very pleased it wasn't all "love and light" and actually is about doing the inner work. I was aware of most of the tools she discusses, but she put a new light on some of them, and I am changing up my use of mindset tools based on this book.

Genuinely, I loved this book. It's something that I felt like I needed and it came at the right time.

I would like to applaud Emma Mumford for taking the time to do her research on this topic and to provide very useful tools when it comes to healing. The engagement process is what I love with these types of books and Mumford executes it perfectly. Her research and tools helped me as a reader understand the emotions that I have been harboring inside of me for way too long. But they also helped me learn how to release that in healthier ways than what I have been doing. I would also like to applaud Mumford for bringing in experts from different fields that correspond with the process rather than trying to speak of them herself. This is something that I have noticed is hard for some authors to do. So, to be able to read from experts in the field helped me feel more comfortable with the information that I was being provided. This book is something that I would recommend to a handful of different people in my life. It's new, it's engaging and it's refreshing to be able to work on and release any trauma or hurt that one might have experienced in life.

It wasn’t really the kind of book that I’d pick up and read cover to cover - I’d have preferred to dip in and out of it over time but for the purposes of this review I read it cover to cover. I think it was very thought provoking and it’s a book that I will go back and revisit again in a less pressurised way. Lots to think about!

I really like Emma Mumford. She talks a lot of sense, without all the pointless waffle or wishy washy writing.
She is straight to the point.

I got a lot from this book, and can see myself going back and rereading certain sections of this again.
I can't really describe what this book is about, but I know it's what I have been looking for, and what I need!

I've listened to Emma's podcast for a while, and I also read Positively Wealthy through a book club. So, whilst I was happy to read Hurt, Healing, Healed, I was concerned it might cover old ground. I'm glad to say it doesn't. There is something here for complete new comers to law of attraction and manifesting; whilst providing new content at the same time.

This book looks at how we all need to go through emotional healing rather than just 'be grateful and all your dreams will come true,; which some LOA books promote.

I really enjoyed this book and would highly recommend to anyone who has an interest in manifesting, but also if you're looking to make a start into healing inner child work etc.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for this advanced copy.

Hurt, Healing, Healed by Emma Mumford is a unique inspiring guide to rewiring limiting beliefs and to reframing your mindset. This book does more than inform about manifestation techniques, it guides the reader through a healing journey filled with shadow work, EFT, Chakra work, and much more.

The book itself is separated into 3 main sections: Hurt, healing, and healed, and each section is intertwined with spiritual, psychological, and philosophical information. Intuitively this book felt created for me, as I’m sure it does for most who read it. Emma Mumford does an excellent job at creating this sense of ease and specialization for each reader. Through proactive prompts and activities, such as journaling and inner child work, the reader takes initiative in their own life. The practices in this book are also adaptable and done without much equipment. This adaptability means that anyone could use the techniques within this book.

On a personal note, I honestly feel that this book came to me at the correct time in my life. This book has shaped and changed the way that I view my self-healing journey. I am grateful that a book like this has been written, a book that offers ways to grow, learn, and heal. Healing isn’t linear, this book has taught me that.

Overall I would recommend this book to those searching for an intuitive lighthouse, a tool to guide their way, which they can repeatedly read again and again. If you’re a self-help, spirituality, or psychology reader then I recommend this book.

I thank Emma Mumford for creating this masterpiece. (For transparency I have followed Emma Mumford for a while now, but I also came to this book with very high expectations which have been met higher). Thank you to Netgalley, Watkins Publishing, and Emma Mumford for the DRC!

Having watched Emma's YouTube channel for years I was intrigued by this book. I had not read any of the authors books before Hurt, Healing, Healed but I really enjoyed reading this one and taking all of the information in.

The book shows how to identify and release limiting beliefs through three sections of the book which is very helpful to make the book easy to follow. The book flows so well and at times I didn't want to put it down. The activities between chapters such as journal prompts are nice to out the information into practice but i also really liked the stories and examples used in the book as it helped with understanding why the activities would make a difference.

The way the book was about both healing and law of attraction was really interesting. I lean more to the beliefs of the law of assumption but as they can overlap a bit then I still got lots from this book and really enjoyed reading it. This is a brilliant book and after reading it I'd definitely read more books from this author in the future.

Hurt, Healing, Healed by Emma Mumford is about healing your inner child. We all have one. some of us have put our inner children through more than others. I have to say this is an interesting read. It was different from my normal book selection but I am all about self care and healing from the past and moving on in to the future and this book is something that makes this a reality. If you feel that you have suffered or need a guide to help understand yourself and feelings this book would be a good start.

Hurt, Healing, Healed is a self-help book written by award-winning spiritual coach and mentor Emma Mumford. Mumford combines Inner Child and EFT work along with manifestation skills to help you reconnect with yourself and remove limiting blockages. Mumford draws from her own personal healing journey by sharing techniques that have helped her along the way. Mumford guides the reader through working through past traumas, exploring and raising your energy, reconnecting with yourself, unblocking limiting beliefs, and more.

Hurt, Healing, Healed was such a touching and inspiring read. I found this self-help book super easy to follow and was able to get through it within two days. The words flowed so effortlessly, and it truly felt as though you were taking advice from a friend or someone you trust. Since healing isn’t linear, Mumford encourages readers to refer back to this book whenever needed or to take your time going through each chapter. I highly recommend this self-help book to anyone who’s experimenting or in touch with their spiritual side.
