If there is a simple way to embrace DEI in a company, this book can be very handy. DEI is a simple and complex topic at the same time. In theory we embrace it, put polocies, rules as activities in place and in practice there is not much change because inequality still takes place at all levels. This book has many interesting concepts and ideas that can be implemented.
