I got 25% into this and it was not for me. I was lost the entire time. I really wanted to like it but life’s too short and there’s too many books out there that I’ll love and won’t feel like a chore to get through.

Thanks to NetGalley for a copy of this book. I voluntarily read and reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

This book was a struggle to make sense of, and I would like to give the author the benefit of the doubt in that I may be too stupid to follow but part of me doubts this. It genuinely was an uphill battle to get through and so much of it was redundant and quite frankly strange. 100% agree that this book needs some SERIOUS trigger warnings. I quite simply didn't enjoy any of it, and would've DNF'd if I wasn't reading it for review. Maybe it's not for me, I don't know. The premise was good, but it just felt strange to read.

OK there’s a show called what’s your problem? The contestants or in someway going up against the psychiatrist… I think? They focused on Katie who sitting in I would imagine the green rum of the studio and she’s waiting for her turn to go on stage and it seems as if everyone’s problem have to do with sex and at home they have a judge who is watching the show and then there’s a girl name Lucy who is boyfriend Garrett dies and then there’s teenage Matt who’s trying not to touch himself tdespite the erotic dreams he keeps having this was just a quagmire of one confusing scenario after another. I would love to say I get it and it was so good but I did it and it wasn’t! This book was super long I believe it had 82 chapters and I read the whole thing and still do not get it. I love books go social, but I did not at all love this one. I do believe the author has talent, but I think this one was a swing and a miss for me. I received this book from NetGalley and Books go social but I am leaving this review voluntarily please forgive any mistakes as I am blind and dictate my review but all opinions are definitely my own.

Um…what? At no point did I know what was going on during this book! It was so graphic in places and made me feel quite uncomfortable. Poor Katy! Definitely not for the sensitive!

This ARC was provided to me via Kindle, from BooksGoSocial and #NetGalley. Thank you for the opportunity to preview and review. Opinions expressed are completely my own.

A unique tale, very progressive. It's nice to have a fresh take, perspective.
