This was another great addition to this series. There were a couple sad parts that were hard to listen to but overhaul I loved it and laughed out loud. This is one of my favorite series and I now will aspire to be like Jen Dixon. I'm so glad that Laurie Gelman decided to write another one. The audio was great!

I have read the first three books in the class mom series but this was the first volume that I did as an audiobook. I absolutely adored this part of the story. When Yoga Pants Nation (book 3) came out I was a little underwhelmed after how much I enjoyed the first two. This book went back to the original in terms of storytelling.

Although this is the fourth book in a series it is not necessary to read the first three books to understand this volume. Select inside jokes are explained to a random character in the scene that wasn't there in the original situation has a way of reminding the audience.

My only complaint, or I should say part that I did not find as humorous, was one scene that will be obvious when you read the book but I don't want to spoil anything.

Absolutely adored Gelman's latest offering in the Class Mom series. Definitely read this series in order because there are many characters with continuing story arcs and you'll be totally lost if you start with this one.

I listened to this one as an audiobook narrated by the author and I love her narration. She puts the perfect amount of snark into Jen's voice and so we know when she is kidding and when she isn't. I loved the "Mat Moms" concept in this book because any mom who has had kids in any sort of sport will recognize familiar themes, kinds of parents involved, etc. It doesn't have to be wrestling, being a sports parent has some universal similarities.

There was one part that was quite touching and hit very close to home for me, I definitely shed a couple of tears. Yet overall, this is just a fun, escapist fast read that provided mostly laugh out loud moments. Plus, it made me want to put the 80s station on Sirius XM after all of the great 80s song shout outs.

Ms Gelman, if you need any encouragement to continue the series--count me as a fan and I'll read many more!

Having read the authors previous three books in this series, I was looking forward to this read.

As a resident of the Kansas City metro, I've found glaring issues in the previous books that took anyone who was familiar with the area right out of the scenes. I'm happy to say that this wasn't an issue in this book. Mostly because there wasn't a lot of detailed mention of Kansas City area locations, but I'll take it as a win.

Also as a former "Mat Mom", I thoroughly enjoyed the middle school wrestling aspect of the book. The competitions. The boys wrestling girls and the accidental grabbing of sensitive parts, on both sides. The SMELL of tween boys who are still learning proper hygiene and for some reason stink more than any other age group on the planet. It made for fun remembrance of times past.

This book also dealt with more difficult subjects than I remember covering in the previous books. Overall, this was a well written, well presented book and I'm looking forward to the next installment!

Thanks to the publisher and NetGalley for access to the ARC audiobook for an honest review.

Jen Dixon and her hilarious family and friends are back and as funny, heartwarming and lovable as ever. This installment begins with Jen’s foray into becoming a ‘Mat Mom’ for her son, Max’s wrestling team and ends with a charity wrestling match involving Jen herself! I love these books. I mean, it may be simply because Jen Dixon is my spirit animal. Or because I laugh out loud at inappropriate tunes whenever I’m reading it. Or maybe because I’m in the same phase of my life as Jen, especially dealing with her parents! Whatever the reason, I suggest that you, my friends, go and get this book immediately to read!

I just loved this book! I have read all of the books in the class mom series, and this was just as good as the rest. I’m already hoping for another one!

Jen Dixon is back and dare I say missing her school responsibilities. After taking Max's 6th grade year off from volunteer duties she finds herself joining a group of Mat Moms when Max decides to take up wrestling. His foray into wrestling causes a bit of tension in the ranks as both sisters develop immediate crushes on Coach D. Jen finds a new nemesis in that of a mat mom from a rival school. Add in her father's continued descent into memory loss and suddenly Jen is most certainly not lacking in responsibilities.

True to Jen Dixon's personality there were awkward moments, a few classic emails and plenty of laughs. I enjoyed the new cast of characters that this one brought with it while maintaining a few friends from those elementary school years. If you've read the first 3 books this one will be just as enjoyable for you. Is it just me or am I hoping to hear back from Jen Dixon at least one more time? Maybe Max's senior year? Maybe mentoring her daughter as Maude enters Kindergarten and she becomes a class mom?

The narration was once again done by the author and was well done.

Thank you to MacMillan Audio and NetGalley for the opportunity to read and review this one in exchange for an honest review.

I was not able to listen to this audiobook in its entirety because the quality of the audio was terrible. It’s very disappointing as this seemed like a great story.

I love this whole series! Something about the author’s writing just resonates with me- from the humor to being a mom to the aging parents. I’ve listened to the audio version of the entire series and I love the author/narrator…her storytelling makes an entertaining book even better!! I hope she keeps writing!!

I want to thank Netgalley and the author for gifting me the audio version. I absolutely love the entire series. This one might have been a bit much in some scenes. Like girl on girl porn talk.. (I mean really?!) And also the language is a bit strong in some spots.
I did laugh throughout the entire book (actually funny scenes). I love the author's sense of humor. Hopefully there will be more from this series.

Another great book by Laurie Gelman. I love this series and Jen Dixon so much and look forward to each new addition! I hope she keeps writing. I also love that she narrates her own audiobooks. It makes them even better.

This one was a cute and mostly lighthearted listen. I really enjoyed listening to this one while doing chores and feeding the horses.
Narrator was amazing.
Usually I am a mystery and thriller person but sometimes I need something light and this did it.
I’ll definitely look for more from this author and the narrator.

This book was light and fun - even if you've not read the 3 books in the series that came before it. It was easy to get into and how can you not related to Jen Dixon. She's a super involved PT mom who is know for her snarky emails to the other parents. With two adult daughters, a grand daughter, aging parents and a 7th grader...her life is being with all the responsibilities that come with it. She is navigating through new roll as she gets involved with her son's wrestling team and even worse...the mom's of the other wrestlers. How will she do it while trying to keep her sanity in check? Even though this book is a part of a series, this book can be read as a stand alone.

Thank you to Macmillan Audio and NetGalley for allowing me to listen to this audiobook ARC

I couldn't finish this. It wasn't particularly funny, and what was left just wasn't engaging.
