This is an ideal book for anyone studying their CIPD Level 5 qualification. It covers each subject you study, and in this edition, there was also an example answer for the three core modules which helped me to structure my assignments accordingly. I'm happy to say I passed my qualification, and I don't think I could have done that without this book.

This book is a really useful resource for anyone studying a level 3 or 5 CIPD qualification or for those wanting to brush up on their HR knowledge, which was the case for me.
