This ticked all of my boxes for a holiday romcom. It was a fun, fluffy romp through a winter snowstorm with Bea and Henry. I loved the flashbacks that the author interspersed throughout, they were perfect for adding extra context but there weren't so many of them that the story got bogged down. There was a LOT going on in this book, but that made it more dynamic and gave it more substance than your typical holiday romance. "Let It Snow" was so much fun, and I highly recommend it for your holiday TBR!

I really, really, really wanted to love this book. If something is promoted as a festive book and has a wintery title and a front cover that screams Christmas, I expected something more. There are so many plot lines going on in this book that it's was work to keep track.

I absolutely adore Beth Moran books. They are absolutely wonderful. Fabulously feel good, joyously fun and utterly romantic. This book is also filled with wonderful, feel good, joyous Christmas spirit and really will leave you smiling ear to ear and your heart full. Loved it.

This is a great feel good at Christmas romance story. It's about learning the truth behind the initial impressions that some people make upon us and about finding what Bea really wants from HER life rather than what others tell her she wants or needs.
It is a very sweet story and had the expected happy ending but there were a few bumps along the way which made it in interesting read all the same

Let it Snow tries really hard to check all of the boxes for a Hallmark movie. And perhaps it does, There's romance, enemies to love interest, embarrassing family, cutesy forced interactions, unrequited love, bad boy ex-boyfriend, nerd, quirky protagonist, small town, billionaire who saves the day, femme fatale rival, a wise old grandma... I could go on but the point is there was just a lot of characters and so many plot lines.

I can see the appeal of this story for very specific readers. Someone looking for an ultra squeaky clean romance will probably like this. I personally like to read about some of the chemistry developing between the lead characters before I can believe that they would exchange "I love you" at the end.

The relationships between Bea and Adam and Bea and Henry start off exactly how I expected. She's pining for Adam, convinced they could still have a chance, while refusing to see Henry as anything other than the nerdy "robot" from his youth. When Bea and Henry are forced into close quarters is when I expected something to start to change. I wanted to see some tension building between them. Instead, I got page after page of Bea moping about Adam, dreaming about Adam, and a whole bunch of other story lines having to do with her family and work that ultimately didn't do anything to move along the central love story or Bea's character arc. The whole mystery grandfather plot is just one example of a plot line that didn't do anything for Bea and Henry's romance or for her character arc. It could have been a great moment for Bea to realize what a self-centered person she was and lead to her trying to repair her relationship with her dad, but it was all forgiven and forgotten just a few pages later. So what was the point of all of those pages devoted to the mystery grandfather?

As a romance reader, I want to "see" the characters fall in love. To overcome the challenges they face and to discover how strong their love for each other truly is. With Let it Snow, 60% into the book, Bea was still dreaming of getting back with Adam. 90% in and she was still considering giving their relationship another chance. 99% and she's suddenly talking marriage with Henry. .I really felt that the only reason she loved him at the end was because it's what her family said was going to happen and because the author needed to wrap it up with the "romance" ending.. I think I would have been more satisfied with the book if it had skipped the happily ever after ending and presented itself as general fiction rather than romance.

While Let it Snow ended up not being for me, it is nice to have a Christmas book I can recommend to some of my customers who are shopping for a "clean romance" for the holidays.

Beth Moran has done it again with a great escapist read. I always enjoy her stories and this book is no exception. Loved reading the enemies to lovers trope (at least on Bea's side) and although there was a bit of a love triangle, the best man won in the end. Also appreciated how Bea came to realize how toxic her relationship was and how she grew as a person to find her happiness. An overall lovely, light read that I can recommend.

This wonderful sweet Christmas story left me with a smile on my face and in my heart. The wacky Armstrong family Ms. Moran created touched my heart and filled me with laughter.

So much went on in this lovely story about leaving behind what’s easy and moving to what’s right. Bea Armstrong, is a weather reporter with job troubles, family troubles, and boyfriend troubles. Going back to her family home at Christmas time is not what she would prefer but is commanded to do. While at home she receives an invitation to interview for her dream job and it falls to Henry, her childhood frenemy to drive her the 6 hours to and from the weirdest interview I’ve ever read 🤣

So much about Henry is different than she remembered from childhood, and the difference between him and her ex boyfriend it staggering. Broken up for six months, for good this time according to Bea, Henry is willing to take a chance one last time. However, her ex doesn’t see their relationship quite over…

Bea is a quirky, kind, sincere woman who is finally realizing who she is and what she wants out of life. Throw in the family antics, issues and lots of love and we have a laugh out loud, heartwarming, joyous Christmas season story.

I can see this book becoming a seasonal read year after year. This is my honest and voluntary review.

Lovely feel good book to read. It was a joy to read. Lovely characters. Great plot. The book was charming. Very well written. I’d definitely recommend this book. To cozy up with in front of the fire during the winter.

Bea is coming home for christmas but then she get's the chance for her dream job an the only solution to get there is Henry, a boy she know her whole life but he was always nerdy and she was in love with Adam.

A very cosy very special romance with ups and downs and a boyfriend Bea can't forget, because he also comes home and has a surprise for her.

It was very cosy for reading and it's a really nice christmas romance with a lot of drama and family (means familydama)

The main character, Bea Armstrong works as a weather reporter for East Midlands News. However unlike the standard weather, she answers questions from viewers live whilst wearing quirky weather themed outfits.

Bea does not have the best taste in men when it comes to looking for someone that she really wants in terms of their characteristics. Adam and herself have broke up yet again as he wants to travel to be a rockstar. Mhm.
She is dying to spend Christmas with her family yet at the same time she has been dreading it. It is very clear someone is sabotaging her career in work as things such as missing emails occur.

Anyway when she arrives home she realises her parents have invited her childhood enemy over, Henry Fairfax who is completely different looks wise for the better.
However during the email mess up she realises she was invited to attend a two-day interview over in Scotland. Henry offers to drive her. She also realises if she gets this job she will be close to Adam the inconsistent man that thinks he will be a rockstar after all these years.

Anyway this road trip at Christmas enemies to lovers romance with snow and family it makes for a cute warm Christmassy read to get you in the mood.

I always love a good Christmas love story that is more then just gushy romance. Bea is in that feeling that we've all had at some point, that in between feeling. The fact that this feeling comes at at the holidays when she's on the way to her big family Christmas just makes it worse. Add in a meddling mother, a ego driven billionaire, a childhood nemesis, a charming ex and mission to save the family business, Bea has a a very bumpy season. All of this though was wrapped up in a beautiful package and bow, making it exactly what it's suppose to be. Really, like my favorite piece of chocolate I can't figure out one thing about this book that I didn't like. It was funny, adorable, dramatic, and one I feel like will need to be read again under my own Christmas Light.

Even though I read this during a heatwave, it gave me all this Christmassy feels needed!

I loved everything about this book, the intricate details, the characters and the way the story opened up, developed and then came to an end. I felt like I was in the book and could picture what was happening around me.

I loved Bea as the main character and found her persona to be really intriguing! The relationship between Bea and Henry made me laugh as I’m sure everyone has someone that they used to dislike, the dislike masking some sort of admiration for them.

This was a really family orientated book and it was really heart warming to see all of the family come together to try and save something really special.

The structure of the book was great and then length of the chapters kept me wanting to read on. It was beautifully written. I will be keeping an eye out for more Beth Moran books!

Bea was a very likeable character and her mission to find herself and what was important to her made a great storyline. with lots of will they won’t they/which ones will she pick along the way

This book was so sweet and heartwarming, I couldn’t put it down! It was nice seeing how Bea changed her opinions of people when she learnt more about them (a bit like pride and prejudice) and how all the characters worked together to overcome situations that arose. This was a clean romance with a HEA

Lovely read, very loving characters and the cozy feeling of Christmas in August just makes it even better. Really enjoyed this book, the characters were adorable, I even enjoyed the main character’s parents. Bea and Henry were always meant to be together, it only took a bit of nudging to make it happen.

Bea Armstrong is a quirky weather reporter who really loves her viewers. After breaking up with her longtime boyfriend, she is a bit distracted at her job and is going to go home for Christmas vacation to clear her head. She has a large family who really take their Christmas traditions seriously. But when she gets a chance to interview for a dream job over Christmas, it takes an old family friend, Henry, to help her make it happen. And there may be more to their story than we initially see. 😉

This book is super cute! I loved the atmosphere and Christmas time vibe! Even while reading it in August! I loved the dynamic between Bea and Henry and her crazy fun family! Such a great read! Do yourself a favor and pick this one up! 4 stars!

Such a lovely story…a bit of will they, won’t they? A baddie, a heart warming family, an ex boyfriend, lots of Christmas and snow…a perfect winter read although I did read it during the hottest days of the year. A wonderful book to curl up with and have the excuse “it’s too cold/hot to move so I’ll just read this super book”

I was instantly drawn to this book on netgalley because of the cover, this is my first book by @bethmoranauthor and I am a sucker for anything Christmas related, I know it's only August but I'm already in the festive mood after this book.
This book is an easy, light romance book, it has a cute, funny story line and the characters are extremely likeable. I read this book in a day and would highly recommend this book.

I said I was determined to find a cozy winter read and low and behold @netgalley provided me with this e-ARC for review in exchange for an honest review. This book is the perfect cozy, warming, winter romance read. I want to break out my ski jacket and boot socks but it’s about 100 degree out so shorts and a tank will have to do for now! I did fine it hard to repack my favorite Christmas decoration after this picture. My grandma had one just like this so it holds tremendous sentimental value for me.

Brea is your local hometown news weather reporter. She’s cute and quirky and doesn’t dress the part, but she loves her community and brining them together. After 12 years Brea has called it quits with her high school sweetheart. She’s had it being put in second place. Still struggling with the break up months later Brea decides to visit home for Christmas break. Turns out her parents are still trying to set her up with their childhood love pick for her, Henry. Henry has always had a crush on Brea but he’s timid to put himself out there because Brea and her ex-boyfriend always get back together. Brea struggles with clarity and what to do with her life and this trip home is proving complicated for her. Will Brea find the clear mindedness she is seeking on her trip? Or will she fall back into old habits of putting others first? And what about Henry, where does he fall into the equation?

Ah, this book made me swoon and gave me all the nice cozy feelings I’ve been seeking. I know it’s only early August and the middle of summer for a lot of people, but the warm cozy feeling is something you can use anytime of year. While set at Christmas, this book delivers feel good feelings anytime of year. The publication date is August 30th, so make sure to add this one to your TBR!

It took a bit for me to get into, but ultimately I really enjoyed this.
Bea is an interesting character with a larger than life family, who don’t appreciate her.
Henry is there as the guy who’s always there that you never notice, until you do.
Part of me wanted Bea to go back to Adam, but I’m a sucker for unhealthy love like that.
