This was a cute, cosy festive read which I read as a stand alone thanks to NetGalley providing me with an ARC.
I really enjoyed the tale between Samantha and Josh and the inclusion of wildlife in such a beautiful tale. It made me intrigued to read the series' predecessors. I'd recommend to anyone wanting a cute cosy Christmassy read.

This was the hardest series to say goodbye to, but fortunately, I know it won't really be the end. After all these characters have been through, it was incredibly satisfying to see them all finally get their happy endings. I will miss this gorgeous series and the beautiful characters, but I look forward to seeing them appear briefly in more of Jessica's stories.

I have read so many books by this author and loved them all. You better believe when I see she has a new book out I scoop it right up to read.
Christmas Miracles at Hedgehog Hollow is the wrap-up of the Hedge Hollow series. There are six books in this series. I'd advise you to read the other books in the series and we see quite a few of the characters in previous books featured and you'd need to know their back story to fully enjoy this book.
Some may say rom-coms are fluff and non-substantial. To this I say, not true at all. This book while warm and very festive touches on some pretty serious subjects that the author sensitively addresses.
She also has a note in her book addressing this.
It was fun doing a catch up with the characters and seeing how things are progressing with them.
I really enjoyed reading the facts about the hedgehogs and about their rescues. One even gave birth :)
I've already read several more books by this author since this has published and I'll be looking forward to reading many more as they publish.

I loved the next chapter in this lovely series, although you don't have to have read the previous ones to enjoy.

As Samantha and Josh embark on the next chapter of their lives at the hedgehog rescue they have built up, other characters have their stories to tell as well.

A wonderful heartwarming read, with a few sad tears along the way too.

I adored this book. The story was well written a and I didn't want it to end. Enjoyable characters who were easy to like. Five stars!

It's Christmas at Hedgehog Hollow and I don't know about you but I am excited. With a human baby on the way and of course plenty of hedgehogs you can't go wrong. The festive feel is amazing and I enjoyed the friendships, community, love and the animals.

Overall, a great choice when looking for a cozy and uplifting holiday read, This is the last of the series and mainly focuses on the life of friends Samantha and Fizz, both facing their own challenges during the festive season, but supported by their friends at the rescue center.
I had not previously read any of the other book in the series but it did not in any way ruin the story line as the author has covered these details too, another thumbs up for that.

Christmas Miracles at Hedgehog Hollow is the sixth and final installment in this series of books by Jessica Redland. I have read some of Redland's books before but not in this series so I was late to the party but it didn't detract from my enjoyment of the story. There were references to characters from the previous books but nothing that would put me off going back to the start of the series and reading them in order.

For a Christmas romance novel this book handled some pretty weighty topics such as childhood abuse within a family but they were handled with sensitivity and care so hats off to the author for this,

I recommend this book wholeheartedly,

I have been in a reading slump for 5 months, unable to read anything or concentrate on any book. I picked this up and read it in 2 days.
I love the series, and this topped it off perfectly. I love Jessica's style of writing and the way she sets the scenes, plenty of description, but not too much.
Thoroughly enjoyed this and recommend the series and Jessica's other books to everyone!

Fabulous end to a great series. Enjoyable and action packed. Several story strands that interplay well. There were a couple of jerky moments where the story didn’t flow as well as it might but these were quickly overcome. It was lovely to read Fizz’s story and catch up with some well loved characters. Definitely gives you the warm and fuzzy feelings!

I feel like the characters have become apart of my family and have taken them all under my wing. This story follows Samantha and Fizz and is definitely a page turner especially when they take turns with chapters!

My Opinion

This is the first book I have read in the series and was disappointed to find that it was the finale as it was such a lovely read. Whilst I had not read the earlier books I was able to enjoy this book and I am now looking forward to going back and learning more about the other characters.

This book does have some sad parts but overall it is very festive and filled with joy. This was a delight to read over the festive season.

I didn't realise this was part of a series so now I need to go back and read the rest! From what I've read it would have improved the story as you get to know all the characters and previous happenings.

A great way to end a fantatsic series. I loved finding out more about the charaters and seeing their lives change and develop. I will miss visiting Hedgehog Hollow.

Quick and easy read even though it tackled a difficult subject. Would throughly recommend but with a tigger warning.

This was a quick and easy read that had just the right amount of holiday fun. I had not read any of the previous books in the series and, while not completely necessary, I do think that might have helped me feel more connected to some of the characters and references in the book. It was still a nice read, and there is a brief "here's what you've missed before now" at the beginning, but if you've read the other books in the series, I do think you'll really love this. Overall though, this is a heartwarming story set in a small, tight-knit town with lots of interesting characters. It's very Hallmark-ish, so if you're a fan, this is for you!
