A little slow, but overall not bad. Twists were a little predictable. A few more descriptive elements would have been helpful. I don't think I'd reread it.

This was a brilliant story. I had to read this book in one sitting as it was so thrilling and exciting. The story line was really good but I am sure you have read the synopsis. I loved the fact there was plenty of twists and turns to keep you on the edge of your seat. It was so close to getting top marks. It might of been because the love element was a little far fetched for me. But I did love ever other element of the book. The characters were very interesting and mostly realistic. They developed well throughout the story. This was definitely a roller coaster ride book that you won't want to put down. I really wasn't expecting the ending it was very good and shocking. But I won't be telling you anything more. This had a great medium pace that speeds up at the great twists and end. I really recommend this book if you love thrilling books with Russian and Ukrainian characters.

So much praise goes out to the author and publishers for creating such a brilliant fascinating thriller than I just couldn't put down. I will definitely be looking out for more books by this fantastic author.

I truly enjoyed this book. The historical and current events it was based on were very accurately portrayed. Giving you a sense that this story could have really happened. The attention to detail in laying out the geography where things occurred kept with the feeling of this being real. Even the choices made by the main character gave the feeling of real people not your classic spy novel where the protagonist knows the right moves every time.
