One Cup at a Time by Matt Tarpley is an absolutely adorable collection of webcomics. The mostly nonsequential comics are about a bunch of cute animals, including penguins, snakes, and birds. The comics are, at times, cute, and at times, funny. According to the description, the book goes beyond typical cute animal images, because it "handles real issues like relationships, self-esteem, and mental health through a tender, positive lens,"

Overall, One Cup at a Time is a cute comic collection that will appeal to fans of Sanrio or of Tiny Titans. One highlight of this book is how it often talks about mental health. This is a very inspirational book that is sure to brighten anyone's day. Another highlight of this book is when the book goes beyond the webcomic format and includes several pages of sequential stories. I enjoyed those stories most of all.
