I am very invested in this series and really love our two main female characters. This one was a little bit convoluted, which led the plot astray a few times, but I did thoroughly enjoy it and I’m excited to read the fourth book.

The Finaly saga continues as she and Vero need to find the identity of Easyclean as well as find a way to pay off Vero’s gambling debts. As the tension in the relationship builds between Finlay and Nick, her ex-husband suddenly decides he made a mistake and works to earn by Finlay’s affections. Throughout the story hijinks and misdirections abound making this a fast and fun read.

This pains me to do, since I loved the first Finlay Donovan book so much. I think the series started off very strong, but has since dipped for me. I think the repetitive antics (where the MC never learns from her mistakes) and the never ending “I low-key despise my children” bit has gotten old for me.

Also, the setting wasn’t my favorite and neither was the pacing. Even Vero couldn’t save this one for me.

Another wild installment of Finlay Donovan’s story! I love the nuance to these characters and the non stop action.

This is a good third novel in this series, however, it felt like it was missing some of the pizazz of the first two. I liked the character development but missed some of the playful that the first two books provided.

I LOVE FINLAY DONOVAN! Before I was approved for this one, I hadn't read the other two yet and that was a good reason for me to kick it into gear and read the first two in the series. This book was such a fun chaotic mess that I thoroughly enjoyed! I read it in two sittings and even though I wanted way more of Vero, I still loved it so much and makes me so excited for book four to come out!

How I love this duo! Finlay and Vero are the perfect anti-heroines: clumsy, human, inexperienced, anxious… and funny😊.

I stopped reading so many times because I didn’t want to know what was happening next… the similar way that I’d close my eyes if I watched a movie. I laughed out loud often, and I thought hard on who EasyClean you’d be. I was pretty sure it’d be someone I wouldn’t suspect…

I didn’t find him. I’m the worst in knowing that😂

I loved this second book. Even if the principal plot of the book can be read as a stand-alone, you’d need to read the first book to understand the context of… well… everything.

I can’t wait to know the next adventures of Fin and Vero!

These novels are so fun - the audio is absolutely amazing as the narrators are so spot on!

Finlay and Vero are back at it again another funny and unpredictable mystery!

I thoroughly enjoyed the setting of the story, how everyone was under suspicion and the ending! The story really started to pick up half way through and once it did, I loved it!

The ending always leaves you wanting to read the next book!

This is such a great series to read if you’re like me and love dark thrillers. It’s funny, yet you still get the mystery and suspense!

In terms of ranking I am torn between this one and Finlay Donovan Knocks ‘em Dead!

I want to be Finlay Donovan when I grow up! She is one of my favorite characters because she is so relatable...aside from all the crime and such. I mean, what mom hasn't had a Walmart bathroom experience with their kid before???

The cast of characters is fantastic! Vero is the perfect sidekick to get into and out of trouble with. I am hooked on the Finlay Donovan books!!!

I loveeee the Finlay Donovan series and was so excited to read the latest in the series! I love jumping into Finlay’s fast-paced, fun, and at times chaotic world with these books! While the plot can be far fetched, I love the pacing and devour each book in the series!!

This one was fun as Finlay and Vero got to go to the citizens police academy where they get themselves in some ridiculous situations 😂 I loved it and can’t wait to read the next in the series!!

Another solid addition to this series taking the world by storm. Finlay continues to be a relatable and entertaining character. Some very laughable moments mixed in with cringeworthy.

I absolutely fell in love with the whole Finlay Donovan series and read all 3 in only a few days. They remind me a bit of the Shopaholic series mixed with the Stephanie Plum series. They're funny, but also have serious themes running throughout. I can't wait for the next installment in this series!

Finlay Donovan has found her and her friend/nanny/"accountant" at a civilian police camp. One week where they will train and act like cops. This would be great, if they didn't have to keep a low profile so nobody could pin their previous crimes on them. While they're at the retreat, chaos ensues. From the mafia kingpin trying to track them down to some possible romantic entanglements, not to mention still trying to deal with her ex-husband and children.

Laugh out loud funny. Would totally recommend.

Love this series and all of the shenanigans Finlay gets into. Set at a police training camp, this has the right amount of fun, romance, and mystery to keep you entertained.

I really enjoyed the third installment in the Finlay Donovan series! I love the character dynamics between Finlay and her nanny Vero, they are like Thelma and Louise (without the cliff). Super fun, I also enjoyed the bulk of the novel being set at a police training academy, there were lots of opportunities for near-misses and double-crossing. The ending was a surprise too, and made me excited for Book 4! There was a little bit of spice, closed-door.

FINLAY DONOVAN I love you, and I love Elle Cosimono for creating this hilarious, lovable series. These books are so much fun to read! I loved how much of Vero we got in this one - I love her and I love this dynamic duo. I definitely recommend this series!!!

Finlay Donovan might be one of my favorite fictional heroines. The story continues with book three in this series and the plot is just a ridiculous in the best ways. I laughed out loud so much while reading this one. The first book in the series was my favorite but number 3 lived up to my expectations. Love the authors writing style and how fast and easy her books are too read.

Finlay and Vero are in deep with the mob after they did her a favor in saving her ex-husband from the hit out on his life. Seeking safety and a way to do some sleuthing, they enroll in a citizen's police academy run by hot cop Nick. Finlay is just trying to keep her head above water as she wades through all her responsibilities of managing her kids, a book deadline, and her less than legal after dark activities. This 3rd book in the series takes you on a whole new adventure.

I love how Cosimano throws a new setting into the series in this book with the police academy. It added a closed room mystery vibe while also not excluding the circumstances and characters of the previous two books. I loved the summer campy vibe and how it continued the plot of the drama of the other books. It once again wrapped up the story enough to satisfy us, but also left me salivating for book 4!

Every book in this series so far is amazing. There isn't anything I don't love. It's funny, saucy and just brightens my day each time I dive in. The way this one ended??!! I need the next book ASAP.
