This just didn’t life up to the hype for me. I know I’m probably in the minority here tho. Thanks to the publisher and netgalley for this copy for review

I was hesitant to read this book because I know I was desperately going to want to read book 4 immediately, although it isn't due to be published until 2024.... and I was correct. I VERY rarely read books that are part of a series, but I'm so glad that I made an exception for Finn and Vero. I've literally become addicted to their adventures. I adore the combination of humor, romance, suspense and murder- even when it's accidental. I don't know what I am going to do with myself while I wait on future adventures, but I do know that I'll be waiting for them anxiously!

Elle Cosimano does it again with the 3rd installment of the Finlay Donovan series. This is LOL and such a quick read.

I really tried to get into it. However, I just found myself bored and unsettled.i might try again at a later time. Thanks for the ARC!

3.5 stars rounded up!
While this was my least favorite of the 3 books so far, I still very much enjoyed it! It is absolutely ridiculous and nonsensical, but it was a ride I had fun on! I am curious to see what directions she goes in the future.

I loved this one !! Finlay is the best character and her life is literally the most relatable I've ever read. and once again, the chemistry between Finlay and Vero is just the best !! Elle Cosimano knows how to write a funniest, most mysterious thrillers I've seen. Cant wait for the next one !!

I love this series so much. I love that it is fun and witty, but also keeps you on your toes. it feels fresh and original!

Although the first two books were thrilling and full of unexpected turns, the third installment came across as disorderly. Numerous subplots were introduced in an attempt to resolve loose ends, but they ultimately made the reading experience cumbersome. I was excited to dive into this book for the purpose of learning more about Vero's backstory, but her character development was overshadowed by the excessive subplots that seemed to drag on.
Still fun!

Oh my goodness, how does Elle Cosimano keep KILLING IT with this series? The third installment is no less fun and engaging that it’s predecessors. I have one million percent enjoyed every Finlay Donovan book and I hope there are more to come! Seriously, if there were ten, I’d read and love them all!
Thank you for NetGalley and Minotaur books for this digital arc in exchange for my honest review.

I also love catching back up with Finlay and Vero. They are my favorite dynamic duo. I've always been team Nick, but this book solidified my love for him.
Can't wait to read the next one!
I received a copy for free, but all thoughts and opinions are my own.

Thank you, Netgalley, for the ARC!
Finally, I am here to finish (or catch) up on this series.
Again, I loved seeing Finlay and Vero back in action. Their friendship is one of the bests I’ve read and their adventures at the police academy was incredibly funny. I definitely enjoyed the academy training plot more than the previous book. I loved the first book a lot and this one could match that for me (second book was alright).
Even if there wasn’t a B-plot, I would’ve loved a whole book centred on Finlay and Vero at the police academy.
I couldn’t put this one down. I was so much more invested in Finlay’s romance with Nick this time. (I don’t know why he was so much hotter in this book than the last two). I’m hoping we get some serious development in the next book.

I am addicted to the adventures of Finlay and Vero! Elle Cosimano did not disappoint me with her third installment. I laughed out loud several times and found myself on edge hoping for Finlay and Vero's safety. I will definitely be recommending this book to my reader friends. I want to go to Atlantic City with both of them!

4 stars
Probably my least favorite book in the series so far. Finlay and Vero find themselves at like a cop boot camp with their neighbors (is that a thing in real life?) where they are there to find out the real identity of Easy Clean (I listened to the audio not sure if I spelled that correctly). Finlay finds herself distracted by Felicks the mob boss, the antics of her children and her ex, and the hot cop Nick.
Sadly, of the love triangle set up in book one, Finlay seems to be choosing Nick and it honestly is taking away from my overall enjoyment of the book. Aside from his career choice, there’s also just something off about his character that I don’t like. The antics of Finlay’s children and her banter with Vero are what saved this book and series for me. I for sure will read whatever comes next, but this third book wasn’t as good as the first two (but it was still darn good!).

I keep reading this series expecting to feel half as good as I did reading the first. Unfortunately, these follow ups aren't cutting it.

This copy was kindly given to me by the publisher and Netgalley for review. All opinions are my own.
I seriously love this series. It is fast paced, hilarious and just out right fun. I recommend this series to patrons where I work all the time if they want a mystery that isn't too serious. I found myself laughing out loud and finished this book in just a day. I loved the slight cliff hanger and am excited to read the next in the series

I love Finlay and Vero, and this third book was no exception! They were up to some good, and some bad and I loved the side romance in between! I’m soooo excited Elle Cosimano gets to write MORE Finlay and I’m pumped to continue reading this series!

I love Finlay Donovan and her hijinks. No matter how hard she tries, she just can’t stay out of trouble. She doesn’t look for it, it finds her.
I can’t wait for the installment! If you haven’t read the Finlay Donovan books yet, please start with the first and enjoy!

This was okay. I think it was better than the second book in the series, but not as good as the first book!
There was romance, action, and some funny parts throughout this book— but you definitely need to read this after reading the first two. The ending left me intrigued, but I’m unsure if I will continue with the series.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for the advanced digital copy of this book.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. Not my favorite of the series but Elle is just so fantastic at combining a variety of genres into one and creating this fantastical world. I can’t wait to see what she does next.

Continuing the fun, witty, and out their story. This third book in the series is a bit more “unbelieveable” than the first two but I still found it so fun.
Hoping it turns into a fourth!
