DFN - because just in the first few pages I’m finding a journey that should be done “per se” with experienced teachers, shamanic or yogis. I also find that this kind of conversation, direction, etc can lead the the ‘new age girlie psychosis’ leaded most down a road they aren’t mentally prepared to.

An intriguing book that explores controversial concepts in a respectful and educational manner. I admit this book caused me to revisit my way of thinking on a few subjects. If you enjoy books that make you take a deep look at your beliefs - this book is for you!

Thank you for the opportunity to read and review.

Tons of information on past lives in an easy-to-read format, an audiobook may be better for the meditations though. Must read.

I am fascinated with both history and past lives. I like how the author gave background on what was going on in a particular place in time before bringing the reader back to see if they lived a past life there. I think it would have been better as an audiobook, just because it's hard to meditate and read at the same time.

Shelley Kaehr has a writing style that despite containing a plethora of information is very easy to read. She offers up two ways of reading this book. One, as an entertaining and mind-expanding read; or two, as a tool to help you tap into your own past lives through past life regression. I initially read this from cover to cover and now I’m going back and doing the journaling, exercises & regressions. I am following the author’s wise advice to record all the exercises/regression scripts instead of trying to memorize them. It’s a lot of work but very rewarding. I’ve read a number of books on past life regression but never one that addresses so specifically different places and time periods. Part 3 is just mind boggling! I’ve not read information that addresses regressions to consciousness or to different planets & galaxies. Surprising information but then again, not. Part 4 is reviewing your journal entries, putting the information all together and doing a regression. All in all this is an amazing book and well worth reading.

This book by Ms Kaehr is a do it yourself look into past lives. I used my recorder on my phne to read myself the prompts and it was a beneficial experience. I have never thought about a life in hunter gatherer times but after reading this and looking for myself I came away amazed. This book explains what past life regression is and how its done. This is a gentle method in this book and was easy to do. While I did not always get results I did have ideas and even dreams. The many periods of time are covered and the reader encouraged to explore. I think this book is the most important reincarnation books Ive read in a long time.. I am Still going over it and using it as I have questions. about current themes in my life.

Have you ever been somewhere new and experienced Deja vu? Maybe it was really a memory from a past life. If you can relate to these two sentences, then this book may be for you!

The author takes you through the process of recalling those past life memories, journaling them, and healing past hurts from them. This is a book that could be exactly what you are looking for. However I would advise you to read the warnings in the beginning of the book as there is a difference between a past life memory and illness vs the reality of the here and now.
