i can’t say that i don’t liked lucy and tate’s story, but i can’t say that i liked their story too. i’m not a big fan of this book, not for me. both of their backstory was so tragedic too (which is not for me, i get emotional very quick) but it was a page turner. i read whole book in 3 hours.

Overall it was an entertaining and powerful story! I’m not sure if this was apart of a series or not, but it felt like maybe there was some info I was missing at the beginning, mostly with Sterling and Ivie. It was just kind of thrown out there that Ivie had this stalker and had miscarried once already, it felt kind of like it was out of nowhere. I also just have issue with her off the bat judging him heavily based on what other people were saying. I get that he had a reputation, but as soon as she found out, it was almost like she didn’t even want to be friends.

This is another brilliantly written, and enchanting story that continues a great series. This suspenseful and steamy at times plot is full of wonderful characters, and a suspense story while also having a fearful romantic journey, that has a happy ending.
