This great read spirals towards its dark conclusion, wrong footing the increasingly uneasy reader at every turn. This twisty thriller is jam-packed with tense moments and a growing sense of unease…..

This is a prequel to the full-length book. The characters are all good especially Tanto the maim character and hacker, who takes a job but it is not what you think it is. A very quick read but also really good and gives you insight into this character.

Was not my normal read but was a good short read. It was a good little short novel that took us on a little adventure in the mind of a criminal. The ending was the best part of the book. It took a couple of minutes to get in but when I was I could not let go.

I had enjoyed You Will Know Vengeance so I'm glad I was able to read a prequel to it. It had what I had enjoyed from that book and answered some questions I had from it. The characters were well done and I enjoyed going back to this world with them. W. A. Pepper has a great writing style and worked as a thriller novel. I hope there is more with Tanto as I enjoyed these two books.

"Security are the most important people to any government facility. They keep people out and secrets in and have access to the facility’s most vulnerable areas. They aren’t the way to break in, however. Most security officers and personnel are double, even triple checked. They are so squeaky clean that you could eat off them."
