As a family that reads all of the Dinosaur Sports and Holidays books, we were excited to get our hands on a new one! The kids loved the story, and wanted to keep reading more. As an adult, I found this one a little lacking. There wasn't much of a plot until the latter half of the book. I know that the kids just like seeing the dinosaurs and the fun rhymes, but I just did not enjoy this one as much as others in the series. I'm sure we will read it a few more times though before it's published!

This was a unique Valentine’s book that I feel like kids will really enjoy. A little longer than the normal books my kids read.

A cute continuation of Lisa Wheeler’s series of holiday books featuring Dinosaurs. Other holiday books include halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas. This Valentine’s Day themed book uses dinosaurs doing activities for the holiday. The colorful pictures and rhyming words are the enticing. I like that it uses nick-names like Pachy for pachyderm . And there are very few Valentine’s Day centered books. This series of books are very popular in my elementary school library we especially have many of the sports themed ones. To be read to younger readers and children who enjoy dinosaurs. Thank you to the author, Lerner Publishing Group and NetGalley for a temporary eARC in exchange for an honest review.

This was a pretty cute little book. I loved the art, it was eye catching and adorable. The poems were also sweet and I liked the incorporation of the Dino names. The one thing I would change is to include a list at the back of the book do all the dinosaur names used so kids can learn the full name rather than the shortened nicknames the authors gave each Dino.

Thank you, NetGalley for providing me with this book to read.

A Dino-Valentine's Day is a sweet read, with an adorable rhyming scheme.
It is a fast read (one can read this to their child in less than an hour).
It has a great message of including everyone so no one feels left out.
The illustrations are also adorable.
It also feels complete, unlike other children's books I have read.

What a sweet and fast read!

Loved the diversity, how every dinosaur looks different but everyone is accepted. The ending melted my heart

The illustrations are so cozy and unique. My favorite scene might be Apatosaurus and his tiny scissors.

Adorable read that I am sure will be loved by kids and adults alike

Dinosaurs celebrating Valentine's day might be the cutest thing that I didn't even know I needed to see! I really enjoyed the rhyming and the bolded Dino names. The illustrations are beautiful and clear and I could see my toddler enjoying this book. I like that a variety of dinosaur names are covered across a wide array of Valentine's activities.
