A book on how to collectively manage change in a environment where teamwork is essential. Great read for some inspiration at work where change is inevitable.

Overall I really did not vibe with the book. I felt that the concepts were not very unique but rather regurgitate basic concepts but simply uses real life examples to develop these further. It was interesting to read but I found the ARC quite difficult to follow due to the way that the e-book appeared on my kindle too.
